If the writer is not smart and talented enough, you can give them 50 or 500 episodes or just 1, the story is not…
The same thing happens to me with Lee Dong Wook, I absolutely love him and see everything he is in but Ive been left wondering what happened with a couple of his series >_<. I get what you mean with time traveling, I thought LR had a good balance since it had elements like the paralells and what's bound to happen will happen but I also liked that it stayed within what they could easily portray in the 16 ep timeframe they had and kept the romance as priority. ive seen some series just completely get lost trying to fit all time travel elements and its a mess. I 💯 get if time traveling is your fave LR had some interesting loopholes and situations that could bring the rating down for you 😅
People are also dragging the FL so much that I went in expecting her to be completely unlikeable. But that’s…
she can do all the exploring she wants with ML or SML but her main exploring should be how to get her life in order to care for WooJoo as she said she would be the guardian. I mean getting lovey dovey reminiscing of past days with the boss haaaardly a smart move and I also think she is able to explore that because she over relies on ML who has his own issues and however much he said he liked her is not WooJoo oficial guardian, he can pack and leave any moment.

You could totally see the weight on the actors with extreme switches between comedy and drama but with bigger plot holes. I always wonder if this is the same script actors receive or how much is edited after they agree and filming starts.
I don't disagree about the 12 ep curse, but I scanned my watchlist and found one exception which I really enjoyed—and…
oh absolutely good 12 episodes dramas exist and 1938 is just perfection. I still think romance genre suffers from the 12 ep drama curse the most. again, they exist but ... they struggle
Once again the 12 ep romance curse, im calling it. not too say there aren't great 12 episode dramas but this one really struggled. It wanted to tell so many weak stories and introduced so many forgettable characters instead of choosing one and really developing it into a good strong story. couple of examples: the grandma she just ....vanished, the shaman honestly what was his point, the soccer team and so on. they served a tiny purpose on the plot but being very honest you could take them out and focus on the main item which I feel was the becoming human, falling in love and building the bead through redemption which again we had like... one of those? Actors did their best but the story needed so strong polish in my opinion
EP7: Is there a character who's not an idiot other than Wooju? FL is literally flirting with ML and then goes…
that's another thing that bothered me so much on how her character is written she has become unable to do anything unless another lead is there with her
