Oh wow, I got all the feels again. This episode was great. The surrender on YXG side was so sweet. I really like that the writers didn't drag the conflict between the two leads the whole episode or more (looking at you Kdramas). I got goosebumps when XHT told YXG "You complete me." One of the best lines I've see no delivered in an emotionally charged scene in a long time. I also like the writers didn't make the morning after awkward or comedic in any sense and their intimacy is just so natural. That being said, everything was so perfect that for the rest of the episode felt like watching it through my fingers because someting's bound to happen, right? When YXG left the apartment, I thought he will run into XHT parents and they will talk to him or that he will overhear how unhappy his father is with the whole arrangement. I guess I'll have to wait now. If this was a K drama, I would suspect a car accident, memory loss, YXG parents coming back alive and disapproving of their relationship and angst lasting at least another ten episodes, but I'm sure MODC will treat us better!
I agree with the description about this episode - XHT being horny 24/7, but I feel for the guy. Man, it's hard being so in love, so young and full of energy and having the object of your affection right in front of you. That makes me appreciate even more that he doesn't pressure YXG, even after months of waiting. Sure he tries, but backs off whenever he feels YXG is getting unsure. He is holding himself back because he understands it's a big step for YXG and the scene where he was working to make money and planning to make the "first time" something special and extraordinary was really sweet. Not that it happens much irl. Lol Kudos to the casting team, the two of them are so natural with each other. Watching their romantic and steamy scenes made me feel like I was watching somebody's private moment not a TV show. I agree that he is totally jealous of his fan girls. But Tharn having fans is something that started long ago before they even knew each other and Tharn explained all this with his "business smile" speech few episodes back. Even if Type is still insecure about how much Tharn loves him, I never even once saw anything about Tharn being into girls at all, so the jealousy there seems misplaced. I get his attitude towards San, because San provoked him intentionally and played their insecurities like a fiddle. But the bar girls? I was so happy when I saw Type finally acknowledging their relationship to the outside world and also apologizing sincerely, but I don't like his violent side. This is (if I'm not mistaken) fourth time he hurt Tharn physically (punching, kicking, kneeing) and violence is never okay in a relationship. I sincerely hope he grows in leaps and bounds in last few episodes, because if he doesn't, it will be hard for me to like their relationship just because of the intense chemistry they have.
Am I the only one who really disliked the bathroom scene? Than pushing himself on Type even though he knows what kind of trauma Type has and Type being an absolute jerk by first provoking Tharn, then announcing he is basically ready to hurt Tharn whenever he feel like Tharn deserves it and finally kneeing him with a nasty comment? Just when I started to like him because he was finally maturing and making progress. I get, it can’t be all rainbows and unicorn and their relationship has problems they have to work through, but if that scene had other purpose than make me hate Type all over again, please let me know.

XHT is still playful as ever, but sincere in his dedication to see things through for the sake of their relationship. The video he sent to YXG had me grinning. I agree, they would have to change a lot. Have you read the book? The web series was already toned down on that quite a bit. GH possessiveness and obsession with GLY definitely wasn’t healthy and how he went nuts when GLY ex appeared was, at least for me, almost unbearable to read. Rape is never okay and romanticizing it either. That’s why I couldn’t stand the whole Techno/Kengklaplot line in Love By Chance. There was some serious and downright creepy stalking from the beginning. And the ending was pretty much rape because one of the parties was unconscious and to top it off the morning scene after was horrifying.

You have a point there. I guess I was thinking more about the chemistry between the leafs rather than anything else. The relationship is definitely problematic with Gu Hai basically forcing himself on Bai Lou Yin. The series changed some events from the book because (please correct me if I'm wrong) I don't recall the two of them sleeping together with mutual consent before that brutal rape happened. I always wondered if the series was allowed to continue, how would the creators have dealt with that. I didn't like that at all and quite frankly couldn't continue when I found out that BLY forgave GH for what he did.
Holy smokes this episode was intense! When the last week episode ended with the cliffhanger of a bathroom kiss, I thought I wouldn't survive this week. Then this episode gave me nosebleed in first five minutes. Damn! I was half expecting that LZG is going to stop it before it gets out of hand and that he as the more mature and experienced one wouldn't let SBX go in raw. On that note the sex Ed lesson that Sun Bo's cousin gave him was a son deserved as it was hilarious. But I really enjoyed their chemistry and passion.
XHT and YXG put my heart through the wringer. Their emotions are so well played. Kudos to writers to get YXG to stand up and fight for his happiness. When he came and told XHT that he is there to see his parents and then didn't need back down even though he was yelled at made XHT melt on the spot. Nice to see the parallel between father and son, both hot headed and using fists real fast, but calming down and listening to their respective loved ones.
Now I'm going to go and watch my favourite scenes until next week's episode I see here, if I'll survive that.
