What are the benefits of having a drama scheduled for Summer. Is that good or not? Most of Kai Kai’s dramas are for summer. does this have any impact on his data. I also see loads of dramas from well known actors in the industry having summer slots.

I think you’ve used ‘apparently’ wrongly 😂 It means “.something that you have heard, but you are not certain that it is true.” But we all know he has improved. I didn’t watch his earlier works AFT, UL and SOYP, but judging by how he was in AMA, TL versus WOL, BCE yes he has grown a lot in acting. A testament to the wide range of scripts/ characters/ directors/ cast that he has worked on/with. He is not tied down to one genre.
They were losing money. They said research showed that people don’t like long episodic dramas any more. They could barely get 10M views per episode for some of their newly released dramas.

Also to add to what you’ve written, let’s not forget that anytime ML concedes to FL, he’s got a ‘better’ plan cooking (in his brain). Let’s not act like there are no men irl that act like that for their love interest. She was also his simp at some point. She was even the first one that got jealous (when ML was saving PM’s daughter from falling off the balcony) FL helped him in many ways that the fake Cui Lin began to question FLs plans/loyalty etc. Succinctly put, they both simped for each other, it was just portrayed differently.
