August? If it’s August what drama then do Tencent have in stock to air after princess gambit? Perhaps the golden hairpin. Don’t forget when FP was airing Tencent was hinting that they’re ready to release it. Now that mango has released airing date for FP part 2 they might want to compete this way. If not the hairpin then there’s no other drama because chen yi’s 2 dramas still has issues and fireworks of my heart too can’t air. I read that loves ambition was meant to air in the slot that was given to Princess gambit but due to softban placed on the fL they’ve had to move it till public opinion about the FL cools down. These are all speculations anyways. If they want to use golden hairpin to compete then they should move female general to air after moonlit reunion not the other way round. Timing is important. So many good dramas lost in the noise. WOL was aired really late even though it passed review early. It was the 17th drama to be liscenced in 2023 but aired in November. So late. Too late.
Sorry but I am finding it hard to enjoy or anticipate Yi Ou Chun. The filming of 800 meters was interesting even FI despite the typhoon and strict crew it was still fun.
So they're starting to promote for moonlit reunion finally. This is a good indication the drama is coming soon…
At this point, I think it’s the platform. ADWAD that’s from the same production company, is rumored to air on iQIYI even before MR that was filmed earlier. Tencent seem to have loads of dramas in stock, so it’s a bit of a ‘wait your turn on the queue’. Or has anyone seen a Tencent costume drama that wrapped after MR being aired?
