It’s nice for him, it’s just that it feels like another Bai Jue (ice cold, so sure of himself, secretive, keeps to himself etc) I haven’t read the book so not sure how the character develops. Casting wise, I have been thinking of the suitable actor to depict Zhao Layue can’t think of any female actor that’s that naturally tomboyish. Trying to force the tomboyish nature will ruin the character. I miss him acting an idol costume drama. There is one on iQIYI that I watched. It’s called ‘How dare you?’ Transmigration into a book. Very nice palace conflict and imperial harem shenanigans. Good drama for a split billing between 2 notable actors that won’t cause fandom issues.

Because I once read a melon about an 🥝 actress that is trying hard to join 🐧, they are doing everything to join a costume drama group with 🐧, so today I saw 🍉 that this actress will do a Splus costume drama with 🐧 director of love 020 and TMOPB … but then now still heard about this struggling IP 🍉 for XK I felt like they are cheating him why not give him good works with notable directors? Why give outsiders?
