Kitensh are you korean? Is it a fact that women as young as 24,25 would rather be with men much older rather than people in their age range? I have watched many Korean you tubers and many interview and the consensus is that they don't mind an age gap as long the men are still in their 20s. Men being creeps and wanting to date much younger is a worldwide thing tho but just because they want to mean that can or normally do? I mean dongh said that he never dated someone much younger like arin and that he mostly dated around his age. I have been following korean stuff for more than 20 yr and I would say an age gap is more frowned upon compared to western culture for example. Nowadays its definitely looser but I dont think every 25 24 yr old girl would rather be with an old guy lmao

Ok just binged watched it! I get the hype now and objectively it is a great drama. However it greatly loses points on having a very unnecessary romance like why was that needed?!? They could've been friends and it would have been just fine, if not better. That kiss at ep 15 knowing she is only 19 ans just watching it was awkward she made the closed eyes receiving only kiss which made it even worst. Good call on having it in the last episode because i would have dropped so fast, would have been an even better call to never have it in the first place, if I can stomach the romance despite her being so young, I don't want a kiss at the very least. The long ballad with dilraba and Leo wu was also an age gap but since he was 20 they didn't kiss. This would have been a 9 at the very least but I can't help feeling that the romance ruined it for me. Great drama overall but don't see myself watching it anytime soon. A solid 8

I don't think we are understanding eo. Barely legal and obviously underage is something I don't like consistently. You seem to think that being 19 yr old teenager romancing a 30 yr is completely normal and swoon worthy in your world. For me it predatory and creepy. We can argue to the moon but i don't think we will reach an understanding

Since I can't rate it high I want to rate the arcs themselves
We start with 2nd sister being already married I would this a 6 the husband was a sleeze and a total loser but I guess he came around. However they are not really in the ranking since we didn't get a full arc dedicated to them

So here are the rankings
1st sister shohua x dyx my favorite couple by far. The best part about their arc is the very beginning and how they came to marry, they went through some serious turbulent times that made them closer. However I do wish there was much more romance as the angst was more than the romance and the kiss ahh the kiss was just a peck!!! All that said I was the most excited about them so they are n1
Second pick is 4th sister x hs the chemistry!! They should 100 percent act together in a drama. Loved them together minus the clip where she is very young and talks to a teen boy that was supposed to be her husband and wasn't as swoon worthy as they thought it would be.
3rd sister arc loved them both, intelligent and witty.. This would have been higher if how they came to marry was done in a better way but I did enjoy them a lot. They are the most visually compatible couple for me

An okay drama ruined by a minor actress having a romance with an almost 30 yr old guy stopped at 29 and have no interest in watching her rubbing the 27 yr old guy back wheh she was probably only 16 cuz wtf. I would have Givin this an 8 cuz the sisters arc were good but I can't in good conscious give it an 8 when it's so problematic. So it's a 1. And don't bother arguing and making excuses on how minor exploitation is normal cuz idgaf.

Tbh i liked youjin she is adorable and her scenes are why I ever bother continuing with the show lol. I don't think she really lost much by not being with these losers

Underwhelming. I don't really care about sian choice. She can like whoever she wants but damn did it have to go to the very last episode of her going back and forth. Just too much of the love squares. I just felt bored because neither her nor jonseo nor jeongsu are likeable. I blame it all on production why not pick people who are more likely to be compatible? Not just a bunch of pretty faces? Why most of the women are 24,25 and almost all the guys are 30 and 30+ why are there more women than men and seeing that most contestants were just there since they are not interested in anyone why not introduce other men? Like wth? I can tell the director is a man and it's not even an enjoyable watch. So no likeable romance and no entertainment. Great!
