A genuine question: I see you gave Reply 1997 a high rating. Did it not bother you that Eun Ji Won and Lee Si…
I think the reply series is an exception, many of them don't pass as high school student, some look 40 to me but the whole series is has a nostalgia and unserious vibe but I did wish some of the actors were younger for example trash in 1994, the people you mentioned and the 2ml in reply 1988. I hope this answers your question
I'm following The Double (on going). Loving it so much. And I can't wait for this drama too, as FL finally meets…
The obsession with women age is really weird π "finally meets ml on her age" as if she never acted with actors her age or older. I don't know what up with cdramas but it's has the weirdest/most hypocritical watchers
In cases where the actor is older than the actress is where the double standards come out lol. Here, the man is…
I just got to see outrage over a 6 yr old age gap when they are not in their 30s but apparently it's not creepy to have a 10 yr age gap with a 19 yr old in their hypocritical mindset
In cases where the actor is older than the actress is where the double standards come out lol. Here, the man is…
We would hear it to no end and it's not even that they have an age gap. It's that she is literally 19, probably filmed it when she was 18/17 like what is this no!
I don't know why do they think it's okay to pair a 19 yr old girl with a 28 yr old man?????? Not gonna watch and will honestly never watch anything by the producer/director or actor. Yikes
It's funny because most cdrama land nowadays have rookie young actresses and less projects by veteran actresses…
Go and watch how many dramas actresses in their 30s for example and compare it to new comers lmao! Big budgets are for well known actresses so many young actresses have stared in S dramas so I don't even know what you are talking about lmao
The fact that they paired a 16 yr old girl with a 27 yr old man gives me the ick to no end. Not gonna watch it and hope it flops so that's they stop with this pedo shit yikes
I love the older actresses like Dilreba or Yang Zi but it's so nice to see younger actress giving a chance to…
It's funny because most cdrama land nowadays have rookie young actresses and less projects by veteran actresses lmao. Not a good thing frankly, not saying the casting is bad here but I am talking in general
Man what a boooooring drama. It's like watching wet paint. And the FL character is just a pretty girl who loves to eat and the ml gives creepy uncle energy I don't know what is this π
Xixi are you being a little bit obsessed with age, disgarding everything else, I don't think any new actress can possibly carry a female centric big drama, you do know acting is more important right? How about we are more flexible and realistic. I have about 10 drama that have been ruined by unexperienced pretty faces that couldn't carry a drama. Plus the theme of this drama doesn't seem like an idol costume drama names like tian wei have also done many costume drama (as per your criticism) I don't think any c actress has not done one by the way, point being she is not a good actress, she is passable.. I don't have a problem if she is casted or any of the "fresh faces" but that would just be another unserious, mediocre drama. My pick is yangzi and if not from the new rising actresses the young lady from a journey to love, sadly she is not big enough tho but damn can she act!
Someone please tell me should I watch s1 or s2 which one is better as I'm not totally into historical dramas
S1 is so much better quality wise and characters wise. S2 is more cartoonist with bad writing, cheaper budget and amnesia trope that made the FL a lovestruck teen that only purpose is the ml and well turns out to fall easily in love so much that he doesn't care who is she by the end of the series, probably forgot mudeok already and latched to the new pretty girl.. So yeah if you like those thing you should start with this one. If you like a good drama start with s1 and stop there
