Hmm I really don't like them together, he is like too mature and has a very stiff boss like personality. I like him as a boss and prosecutor, he shines in those scenes but as a romantic interest everytime there is a supposedly heartfluttering scene I feel very off about it for example when she came back drinking and he softener a bit, it felt out character and that he shouldn't do this. I guess I just really don't see it

I think my least favorite part of this drama is the romance as I don't find the ml appealing but everything else is good love the comedy and the duality of the 2 fl being a one person, Lje is supeeeer cute especially when she does her little dances 😂 ps wish the 2ml was the romantic interest sigh!!

The male lead is 40 years old and he kinda looks his age.. His face is dull to look at and I don't feel much chemistry too idk. I feel like the childhood friend is too overused too, too many clichés can backfire! Also I have no clue how is this gonna stretch to 16 eps.. It's not a rich in plot drama but more like a mediocre quick drama to pass the time

I take back my words I am now on ep 5 and loving some of the contestants but i think what you just said is dumb, they are idols not singers part of their job is singing that's a skill or dancing or rapping that's another skill and visuals are a skill too for an idol so it's a very important factor just like it is for female idols. Why should we judge male idols soley on talent and female idols soley on visuals. I think a good balance of them having both is what makes them a true idol :) so I find your way of thinking very pretentious / pick me vibe

When did wu lei play constantly with much older women tho? The most he did was one with Raba when she was late 20s ☠️ . I am saying about the constituency of her characters and I think a what 2 middle age men and a couple of early thirty men or her peers like wu lei and that guy from hidden love, close in age or same age in real life but she is 14/15 in the one with wu lei (which was why I didn't bother with Pt 2 idc if it's ancient China if he can be 20 something she can be at least 18) and hidden love needless to say she knew him since she was 13 her older brother friend.
For this drama let's just say the massive age gap is not a problem but do they look good together or the age difference is very clear? He looks like he is a father to be honest and the age gap is very apparent, he did not age gracefully. To be fair she did try a new thing with wang yu the last immortal, but it was a low budget drama no one could have saved this drama. Do you think her and the old ml look compatible tho? If yes, why so? I am genuinely curious
