We want great actors and not based on looks. Perpetuating the ugly undertone of KDramas and preference on casting pretty idols who have no clue about acting. Ridiculous

The plot became messy when there were so many plot opportunities to explore. Like
1. Ra-El dealing with them one by one and exacting her revenge.
2. The CEO finding out about his wife's affair
3. A reveal to the public of what exactly happened to her parents in detail
4. Justice where everyone is incarcerated, including the cowardly husband
5. Ra-El reunited with her daughter and maybe living with Da-Bi as well.

So many loose ends and potentially skipped scenes as they were rushing to do the 16 episodes. It could have stretched to 18 episodes.

The Directors and Producers should watch the drama "Why Her"s ending. That is how a drama series ends! Exactly like I said in my other posts. Everything to follow through, court cases, all revealed and just punishments handed out!

A bit disappointed, to be honest.

Wrong. It's a collaborative project. The story line might be shit, but if an actor sits at the table, reads the script, effectively contributes to improving a drama as it's their name and reputation on the line, knocks it out of the park, sometimes improvises and engages her audience, then a dud can be turned into an Oscar worthy production.

Mannequin acting does not make oscar worthy productions!.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS DRAMA! Well acted, engaging, really well done! Never mind the Noona romance, the drama was awesome. The entire cast did a great job.

And that is how you end a drama series! No loose ends! Everything tied with a bow. Horrible psychos in getting their just desserts and good triumphanting over evil!

Korean and Chinese Directors and Producers need to understand that KDramas and KPop gained so many international followers during the last 2.5 years and international fans love actors with depth, great human story lines and are not obsessed with Chaebol dramas.

That is why Extraordinary Attorney Woo is killing it right now. No chaebols, huge age gap romances, opulence, classism involved. The story lines though different, are all real socio-economic issues, which people identify with.
Sure we love a great romance, CLOY, but they need to expand in their offerings and its not all about casting Idols in the roles. We want great actors.

Exactly and with 2 kids with her equally talented husband, Ji Sung. Nothing keeps a great actress down!

But in the last episodes, she did just that. For a strong woman who's exactly like her pscho dad, she could've given as good as she got!

I think we all rushed in commenting on SHK and haven't said anything on My Queen, YEOM HYE RAN.

Now there's that versatile actress I'm talking about. I've literally watched 95% of the dramas she's in and she nails it each and every time! My girl is so good and deserves leading roles.

She reminds me of another Supporting Actress, BAEK JI-WON, who's currently in Extraordinary Attorney Woo as Hanbada CEO.

Great actresses who are sometimes overlooked. Us international fans think differently!

She can act, but she's done herself a disservice by choosing the same role, over and over again. I think international fans want more from her and we are tired of that blank Encounter face. Works well with her modelling jobs, but we need more life in her acting. She's the go-to for a mature woman going through some sad period in her wealthy, but lonely life, surrounded by pretty things, in a powerful position, but a damsel in elegant distress 🥱. She seriously needs a fast-paced Action drama, a comedy, a serial killer

Another gripe, please, please, for the love of all that is KDramas, enough with the much older FL and mid-20s ML. Enough already! It's tired. Age appropriate couples make worth-watching dramas and less cringe!

I hope that SHK has more life in this one! I am SOOOO TIRED OF THE SAME ROLE that she portrays in all her dramas. Those should have stopped in 2016! She needs something with substance.
1. A role where she's a mother and fighting to survive
2. A role where she's not the pretty princess
3. A role where she's a detective, forensic pathologist, ANYTHING with substance
4. A role where she's poor and can't make ends meet.

SOMETHING, ANYTHING out of her comfort zone to prove that she's versatile. Imagine if she'd done Squid Games.

I'm not holding my breath for this one as the last one, I barely finished the 3rd episode and gave up!

I liked the series, however i have a few suggestions for the directors and producers:
1. Proper dialogue with real voices instead of the whispers and screaming
2. A great female revenge story is complete with REAL FIGHTING SCENES. Martial Arts. Ra El shouldve learnt how to protect herself in every way possible, as she was dealing with violent people. She nearly died if Yoon Kyum hadn't arrived in time!
3. How does an old man still hit his grown ass daughter without her holding him off! What nonsense is that.
4. A more engaged and energetic Ra El when all was revealed would've been awesome. Like "Game Time, it's on!

All in all it ended okay.

Men are now superfluous. They've made themselves that way by their actions. Yes, if the annihilation of the human male specie could be done soon, I'll have a Middle front row seat please.

You see, women don't give a rat's behind on what men think or want, any more. Stuffed or not, we don't care what you think. Male creatures are superfluous. So run along now..

I already love it because my Queen is in it and she's kicking ass! Some Koreans might have a problem with the eroticism but hey, us non-Koreans are open-minded and there's more of us international fans (x10000000) who don't run towards cancelling people because they're repressed.
All I ask for is that they keep the momentum and that the revenge is brutal and served icy cold🥶
