Nope sorry, didnt see any. Especially since i knew he was going to be loyal till the end. Even trying to think of the detective and him in any romantic setting seems ridiculous. But to each their own

So this was such a warm, positive and uplifting drama! I feel like the dramas ive watched this year have had such vague disappointing endings that i was glad to finally watch a comforting drama with a sweet ending.
I loved the 3 siblings and their story lines. I would say that lee ki woo was the show stealer for me. Everyone did exceptionally well and i especially loved the OST "we sink".
My mister and this drama gave me such warm feelings, i can't wait to watch more from this team

Im....not feeling this one. Wanted to love it but i can't seem to get past the first 2 episodes everytime i try to watch it.

I think they are too high up on the list. Extraordinary attorney woo FL was smart but it was more about her neurodivergent and using that as a strength rather than letting it hold her back. I wouldn't say she was Extraordinary smart, more like an Extraordinary woman as a whole.
Taxi driver? Are we talking about go eun? She was smart as a hacker but outside of that we didnt really see enough of her to comment on it.
A truly smart FL would be one who would make intelligent decisions no matter what situation she was in. Not just smart in her field but in general. Voice and stranger had such Female leads. They weren't just smart in their job.
Obviously everyoje has their own opinion. But it's almost criminal not to have these exceptionally smart Female leads at the top. Awaken had a pretty meh female lead, the ML was the star and we know it was because of the behind scenes drama that the fl was so underdeveloped so that drama i do not understand. Happiness? She was more of act first think later female lead.
Tale of the nine tailed? Not really. She was courageous. Not particularly smart in a stand out way. Devil judge? Who are we talking about here? I would say she was ruthless and cunning.
Lighter and princess? The whole show is about how much smarter than everyone else the ML is so what exactly is that doing here. None of these fl (except attorney woo) actually made a mark as a particularly brilliant female leads who outsmarted their antagonists

Stranger should be number 1
Voice is another show which should be at number 1 or 2. These were truly smart female leads.
Tomorrow is another one.
My mister should be much higher up on the list.

He needs a leading role already....something like a dark thriller witg subtle romance would be nice. He won't suit a rom com. He was absolutely wasted in born again

Im a little confused as to why king of pigs and weak her class 1 were not nominated for anything. Did king of pigs not qualify because it aired in ghr first half of 2022?

As a huge fan of the drama My mister, im finding it strange that this drama isn't capturing my attention. Its not about the slow pace or anything since ive loved many shows with this kind of pacing, My mister being the best example. But even though the whole long commute thing and general concept is more relatable to me as compared to the plot in my mister, i loved the latter sooooo much while this is so far kinda meh.
Does it get better? Shall i keep trying to watch or shall i just give up?

And when will viewes accept that there are going to be different interpretations to a drama? You see friendship, that's fine. I see a true love, the purest love. No need to be so condescending about it....

Whether the relationship is romantic or not is left entirely up to your interpretation. For me and many other viewers, their relationship is one of a kind. Soul mates in the truest sense. A love so pure that you don't even care about the age difference. Because honestly, can you imagine them with anyone but each other?

My poor hopeful heart wants me to believe that the reason why there hasn't been any update is because the makers are waiting for lee jin wook to free up his schedule :P
I know lee hana is shooting for a drama as well but there was plenty of time before she started on her show. The fact that the makers did not schedule anything even then makes me want to keep believing that they are trying to get lee jin wook on board.
He needs to come back, the show is incomplete without a proper conclusion to his storyline

Rating a drama low for not liking how it ends is not childish....it's literally up to the viewer how they rate it. By invalidating their views, you are the one being childish.
When i watch a show/film i rate it according to how it left me feeling afterwards. There are tons of tragic movies or shows that ive rated high because despite the sad ending, they had an impact and left me thinking about them long after.
The way this ended made me want to delete the entire thing from my mind. And that in my opinion qualifies as a bad show. There was simply no point to the entire show with the way it ended

It's a good show. I won't say it's not. But season 1 was definitely better. The stakes were higher, the villains were a lot more interesting, the cases a lot more darker and there was more of emotional oomph to it.
I know we cant get the same things in season 2 since everyone from the team came to terms with their pasts and traumas (except kim do gi) but we could have retained some of it still since people dont just get over things.
I hope season 3 retains the dark tones that season 1 had and gets a better villain. I just cant take the villain in this seriously.
But that being said, it is an enjoyable show and I definitely would have loved it more if i hadn't watched the first season.
The cast is excellent and the action scenes are wonderful. Im glad they kept the original osts, but sad that i didnt hear my favourite one which was Silence by YB.

I am so sick and tired of makers giving dramas messed up endings and the only reason it works is because despite these horrible endings, viewers will be all "it's a realistic ending" and continue to give ratings.
I dont care about reality, i come to watch dramas to escape from reality.
And why does it not bother the webtoon artists what they do to their source material? Is the money that important? If i were them i would create a fuss.
