Review for pit babe , after it's end , enjoyed the hot mess for what it was for but hey some parts definitely…
Pit babe 1 was pretty decent , but pit babe 2 was evidently rushed. Both storyline wise and production wise , it seemed to be a case of too many characters (ships) and too little time. I actually enjoyed certain changes such as giving away Charlie's powers to a certain degree , I think it was one of the better ways to introduce a large cast without making them too redundant. It also humanizes charlie abit more , cause a person being so overpowered can make the series one dimensional compared to the initial novel. I'm also really pleased with how they executed the environment , honestly when you keep seeing the same places replay over and over , you can start to get fatigued. But in pit babe , I didn't really have that issue since they actually make the environment feel alive and lived in. The acting of the cast really sold pit babe 2 , with the introduction of milk as willy as an antagonist at some point definitely introduced the "drama" many shows needed. (Except the constant SA / harassment parts , not needed honestly) And milk did his role really well. And Poohpavel as charliebabe was always a delight to the eyes , they have great chemistry and really allowed charliebabe to feel genuine and memorable. Benzgarfield and Sailubpon + Michaeltopten also did really well for their individual couples , of course certain story elements could be better but that's not on the actors themselves. - However , in episode 13 especially , one would notice the extreme rushness that seemed to have taken place. In some shots , you clearly see Pooh moving , or some scenes didn't line up whilst he was in a coma. (E.g. One scene his mouth was shut , another his was open. One scene even showed his head moving abit to the side after being wiped down by pavel , but in the next scene it's back to straight) This is not an issue on Pooh but on the production and editing side , cause these types of scenes should have been vetted more closely considering how evident they were. And when charliebabe were driving after charlie remembered , there was this super strange transition in the middle of nowhere that didn't add on to anything that really pulled me out for a moment. Then let's not talk about the wedding scene , tony and winner being there made 0 sense to the storyline. Even with Tony gone , why would winner be there? Of course , unless behind the scenes , winner actually patched back and acknowledged his mistake with x-hunter. But since the viewers weren't shown this , it was hella awkward. The wedding scene was also what I looked forward to but was abit disappointed, the ambience was alright but not the best. It didn't imbuke a sense of "wow , it's ending and it's so beautiful" to me. It seemed more like a PowerPoint montage. I feel like with some music + maybe an additional scene of them saying their vows and abit about their past together etc would be really cute and lasting as an impression. - Overall , I really enjoyed pit babe for whatever it was. Especially season 1 and since happy endings are always sweet , I thoroughly enjoyed the experience , even during it's bad moments. I hope the production will be better for goddess bless you from death , cause that series is really reliant on ambience and sequencing. But still ,thank you to all the cast and team that poured their labour into pit babe, it's been a joy riding with you all. 💓
With pit babe 2 drawing to a close , can't wait to see how Poohpavel does on Singsalatai! The novel was a really good read and I can already imagine Pooh Pavel in the roles , it'll definitely require alot more range especially from Pooh considering his character goes through so much and in a rather short span. There are some scenes I'm already super excited to see and I can't wait, I hope CHANGE doesn't change too much of the elements / scenes cause they are essential in what makes Singsalatai so good! See you all in October !!

Really appreciate it! - The thing about the chip is kinda iffy though , like from Alan's side. The lack of communication is really crippling in this show , like at least Alan has powers now , even without charlie or willy to help , they might still be able to conjure up something to either get kenta and dean back. / Do something about the chip despite the difficulties. - And likewise , though Kim was seen driving Alan and that makes me kinda sus on whether he will stay as the only logical thinking member of the group. But nonetheless, I'm still excited to see the next ep! Praying for the safety of everyone 😭😭
Honestly the pit babe storyline is kind of a mess that it's low-key comical , Babe telling charlie about the whole "papa and mama" whilst he just stares at him with the largest fish eyes with the fattest "???" above his head made me so 😭😭 Imagine some random person (to you at the moment) calls you papa and says he's the mama , I'd be just as flabbergasted. I feel for babe though , poor thing :(( - And I have the largest question , why didn't Alan , who now has superpowers ban together with the group just as he had with kim? I get it , babe is around charlie and most definitely won't allow Alan to take charlie's blood for Tony. But like literally , they're a pack of strong ass powers but aren't using them at all? Like unless tony is immortal or had some sort of regeneration powers that is better than gods , I don't think kidnapping him etc with their powers would be an impossible task? And didn't they managed to extract the tracker / bomb thing from willy before , can't they do that for Alan as well? If they do that , they can effectively use his powers without repercussions , unless this new tracker is even more special and robust than the previous?? - This series is a hot / funny mess , whilst I enjoy my angst and amnesia tropes , somethings it leaves me questioning 😭🙏 amazing acting from the cast as always however!
Absolutely amazing storyline and as a fan of horror / thriller, DFF is such an gem when it comes to blending a bit of BL into the horror aspect. I'm happy to see they didn't overshadow the main plot with alot of NC scenes and whatever NC scenes were there fit the storyline and made sense. Everyone's acting was stellar and I felt no one was really lacking or pulling me out of the show at any point , I remember when the announcement for DFF first came out and me being absolutely hyped for the show. And it definitely didn't disappoint! I wished white survived however, to me, he was the only character that was innocent but I felt his death is the worst punishment for tee so it makes sense. - Truly loved the show and though I have a few qualms like the ending being open , it's still one I'm okay with since it fits the horror aspect. Hoping for more bl x horror of such calibre or higher. Would recommend!

Honestly it was a super fluffy episode with Cher's usual funky actions and faces , at this point Gun is practically just giving himself up to Cher and accepting his feelings. Yet another promising actor , saw him in the latest episode with Java and I must say he acts the tough and possessed character super well , home school is also such an anticipated series can't wait for his debut!

The scene where they were just embracing as they burned together and finding out that 'Moth' aka Brights' character was in a sense just either a restless entity that unintentionally chained his dead girlfriend to the physical realm cause he couldn't let her go was so bitterly heart wrenching. - Him consistently apologizing for letting her be with an abusive partner (Joss's role) , and then understanding and realizing that it was time they both moved on really shook my heart. Great job to Bright and Pat in that scene and special thanks to Joss for being such a champ in getting his head smooshed like a pumpkin XDDD

Like I was so confused on why the supposed to be "cold" boss character Gun simply just allowed himself to be swayed , like he even questions himself numerous times about it since it is sort of "uncharacteristic" of him. But then again this is a drama / series so I'm not surprised , just feels kind off when the character themselves questions how "out-of-character" they are. - Then BOOM KISS??? Like if they faked us out I would've still think it's reasonable , but the way time works in this series is kinda confusing. Ep 1 is when Cher just joined and Gun's only interest in him was cause of his inability to sleep without hearing Cher's ASMR , but now it's seeming like he's sort of obsessed with him yet at the same time trying to play it cool. (It's hard to describe it) - Then in Ep 2 they mentioned that Cher had been there for a while now (not sure how long ) then they're suddenly eating together with Cher's close friends , and Cher keeps talking as if his friends and Gun are close friends themselves. Aka : "Three , Zo and _ will be there for you" , something akin to that. Like wait a danggg minute Cher , those are your friends , not Guns? - Then yea the kiss , I mean I personally just feel like there wasn't a proper led up to the kiss that the viewers can tangibly see or come to a conclusion of. But it might just be me. Overall this ep was Abit janky , but still alright. Let me know your thoughts y'all.

One second Cher just became an intern , next he's already all buddy buddy with the boss , then afterwards borderline flirting ish? I'll elaborate more below , but this episode was a little lackluster though I did find it okay and did occassionally chuckle here and there. It's episode 2 so I wasn't expecting much of a crescendo in plot but something else definitely did 👁️👄👁️ (Discussion below! Spoilers talks more about today's ep)
Going into this with low expectations since I didn't want to be heavily biased , but I think the episode started off well. The comical aspect is certainly delivering with Book's acting , Force is also enforcing his strict role here well. So far so good , it's the 1st episode so let's see how it goes! This series is forever remaining in my gallery of TOP shows , the chemistry , cinematography, actors and production was nothing short of stellar. I love how each character has complexity to them , and are definitely more realistic in comparison to other bl shows recently being released , it helps us as the audience , to truly immerse ourselves and see from each characters POV. Despite being 8 eps , they managed to deliver every important key scene and sort out majority of the misunderstandings which usually takes like half a series's run time to abolish. - I absolutely loved all the couples , but HeartLiMing stole my heart especially on this last episode. Li Ming is so loving and is just a boy that needs TLC while Heart is pure and playful , I'm so happy they found their forever home in each other! They're my top pair alongside TinnGun and Patpran , AkkAyan. This series is A FUCKING GEM YALL I SAID IT BOOOYAH!!! (Till oursky2 and 23.5 y'all see ya!)

I absolutely loved all the couples , but HeartLiMing stole my heart especially on this last episode.
