So far I'm 5-6 episodes in and he's shown up more towards the end of the season. It seems he is an important part of the story, he is definitely creepy! There's even more disturbing things than him too going forward... Even out of all the dark dark shows I've watched, this is taking the cake for me too and I'm not sure why.

I'd advise to ignore that person, all they've been doing is finding every single comment they don't agree with on this shows comment section and arguing with everyone.
