just keep scrolling and leave me alone pls.. reply other people here.. I genuinely don't need your reply under…
I hate to break it to you, but this is the Internet. People are gonna reply under a comment section whether they agree or disagree etc. you don't want interaction then don't post something on the Internet.
I can't tell if that is due to the Chinese remake premiere. Personally I lowered my rating after rewatching it…
I agree! It's sad though that I feel like there's nothing anyone can do about it but themselves as a country to break the generational curse that's going on. More people need to actively try to change their bad behaviors and realize how toxic it can be so less people become victims. They're in so deep though, it's gonna take a miracle for anything to change.
I'd be glad if a Korean drama could show how to be responsible adults and to treat little ones like they're real human beings too and have a healthy family relationship dynamic other than what's the norm for SK, and show these people stepping up. I don't know what they're going for, but I hope that's what will be seen. More than likely will get into many silly scuffles, what usually happens with kids, but hopefully nothing abusive.
Since it's in what you stated, you can definitely refrain from commenting again in this comment thread discussion. I don't expect nor welcome a reply back.
I was actually planning to watch this drama since when it was first announced even before they start shoving the…
Dream killers? How insensitive, I'm appalled. They're people too and you were once one, they're not even intentionally doing anything, just existing. Someone doesn't want a baby, don't have one, but doesn't mean the baby is a piece of garbage. Inhumane statement.
The problem with this show is the episode length. I think a while back I got to episode 10, but even then that took me a while to get there. It's not as gripping as something like Vincenzo or Alchemy of Souls to where I would welcome long episodes. I can watch non action based long dramas too like Misaeng, but for me this one was too slow and not enough plot per case, although I do appreciate the way it's done and the value of it! Might try to pick it back up and finish it someday.
Did you watch Made in Korea? That was an amazing drama on Disney+
No I haven't! I saw it has a second season coming up. My problem with Disney+/Hulu dramas, they always get 2nd parts that take forever to come out or have open endings every time. Not saying I dislike all of them or ones with good endings, but they've always felt lackluster for this reason. I'd rather watch a fully finished drama, because anything could go downhill later on. Maybe I'll wait till part 2 is out first! Made that mistake with A Shop For Killers lol

This is sad to read because I feel the same way about Korean entertainment now and I haven't even seen that many shows. I can't watch this show because of what happened to him and their toxic culture. I want to slap some sense into all the people who are so hateful to the point someone felt it necessary to murder themselves. Their country can be so judgemental it's sickening. I wish there was something foreigners can do, but unfortunately there's not much.
I’ll never understand something, you don’t like a drama that’s fine, why would you come in the comment section…
That's totally understandable! I personally don't mind comments critiquing a drama (as long as they're being respectful ofc) solely for the fact I can decide whether or not to watch something based upon what I find are more deal breaker issues vs passable issues. I like to have both sides and opinions so I don't waste my time on a show if there's something in it I won't like later on. I definitely won't rate the drama though if I didn't like it unless there's major flaws that anyone wouldn't want to be subjected to such as poor acting or a very very bad script.
This will have spoilers to the Webtoon in correlation to the Drama that I want to put out there and say after I just finished reading it. So don't read this unless you know the Webtoons full story! 😄
*SPOILERS*
I surely hope they won't screw this one up if a live action is actually happening. Please no police side quests or characters thrown in that aren't originally in the Webtoon! haha
The pacing was perfect and very plot focused, nothing was unintentional or useless, it all had meaning and was packed full of important information. I really love how this Webtoon creators stories like Sweet Home notably **(kind of spoiler to sweet home) have stories of redemption. (end of spoiler)**
I don't want this series to end up preaching a different message than the Webtoon and the main character dying or something instead of going to jail so they "get what they've got coming to them, eye for an eye" as most Korean series always have to do to an evildoer. We've seen it all, but the Webtoon writer flipped the script, changed the narritive and he got a second chance in the Webtoon technically, so I hope they keep that unchanged instead of try to make an example out of him. The main character is a very sympathetic crazy person in and of themselves.
It would also be in their best interest to not try and twist the narrative for shock value that the evil side of him completely took over when it was clearly implied in the Webtoon he has a second chance and wants to be forgiven.
As long as they stick to the core elements of the Webtoon, this could be really great. The Webtoon had me wiping a few tears from eyes towards the end, what a Masterpiece. I'll never forget it as long as I live.
*HUGE SPOILER* (If you decided to read this far even though you haven't read the Webtoon, a heads up, don't read the next sentence lol) it's also a huge spoiler what they're calling the main characters name on mdl... someone needs to change that loll
Anyway for clarification, I'm not putting down this live action before it's been released or if ever, I just loved the Webtoon so much and it's message, that I hope it stays true to it! ☺️ It was a very special piece of art.
Go Yoojoung can´t act , you better use an AI bot , this lady is beautifull korean standards , but she ruined…
Yep, problem is people can't look past a beautiful person to realize they can't act. Being a pretty face doesn't mean they automatically have acting chops. Her face is frozen in place and she doesn't have a strong screen presence. If she wasn't as widely considered the beauty standard, people wouldn't be afraid of pointing out the simple fact she doesn't have a very wide range and plays the same character in every show.
Is it only me who feels like from what I've seen in the trailer that the camera style already looks poor and the music sounds cheesy? They also kind of don't look like they have chemistry already, but you never know.
I guess we'll see when it comes out what the overall opinion of it is, but just from the trailer it looks a bit messy and all over. I sense another kdrama that people waited too long for, only to be disappointed.

Love the cast!

Thanks for listening to my Tedtalks! Lol

I'll eat my words if I'm wrong 🫰🏻 lol
