I thought I was nuts thinking one of the soundtracks sounded like Isaac Hong, but now I'm vindicated in my mind I was right with this new soundtrack lol

I need the intro soundtrack to be released asap.

Anyway, my thoughts, I don't hate the sml, the actor is doing his job just fine to me, although dramas don't need love triangles like this. The writing is what's at fault here, I don't find him irritating though at all. Honestly the fl is the friendly airhead type so she doesn't understand that it may look like she's being flirtatious towards him to others, and doesn't understand his intentions either, so it is what it is.

The second couple isn't my favorite, but I feel it's mainly because of the way they're being directed to act.

I love kim go eun but i am really surprised they renewed this for s3 considering the rating for this show was…
The ratings actually weren't bad, it was because of airing on paid TV networks vs the networks they were reporting numbers for. It was actually quite popular and always has been.

What did she do? I'm not there yet but after episode 3 I don't think I want to continue anyway because it seems…
Thank you.

you're reading a bit too deep into this aren't you? it's just based off a webtoon. Please tell me a show that…
That's exactly my point. There is no show that does what I'm asking for them to do. Every show is vengeance vengeance vengeance to a scary degree. It's like they can't sleep until they've torn someone's livelihood apart, whether it be because someone did something wrong or not, and this shows in what happens to their celebrities. There's no grace or mercy, just hateful judgement 24/7 and no anger within a proportionate measure. No teaching one another to help, be kind and allow for mistakes to be made.

It's only my personal opinion, but I think shows like this fuel the unrighteously angry fire that destroys people's lives because they can't help but be mad about something and this justifies hate. They won't be satisfied unless they're actively tearing people down. Yes this happens in all corners of the world because humans are humans, but it's especially bad in SK.

Is it only me or did I just see Ri Woo Jin... as a Monk like in Vincenzo the very first episode at the police station lol He's not credited being in it but that was absolutely him. I wonder if since the creator is the same that they had him pop up for a cameo and decided to use him later in the same kind of role.

Sadly I'm dropping this after I saw Jin Ki Joo because I wanted to get to where she was in it, but can't continue. It's quite boring and repetitive to me and feels like purposeful rage bait. I understand it's a satire to a certain degree, but many of the stuff going on is not a school issue, it's a society issue. Even if kids get proper schooling and make their way through without being hoodlums, will it stop everyone as a whole to stop believing gossip tabloids or ruining people's career over one teeny tiny mistake? no. There's way worse stuff you have to get to the root of, a lot of it being how they treat one another in general. The cutthroat way of living needs to change plain and simple.

I would've been supportive of a series that dared to have the guts to criticize a whole way of morality and a way to live for the positive than what's the social norm of tearing everybody down for making small mistakes instead of something like this.

That's terrible. I heard the Webtoon had the N word so it was removed from the Webtoon app, but i didn't realize it was problematic in all forms of the word until now. 8.9 rating is scary.

Why does ML's wife get portrayed as an angel when she was obviously a creepy stalker? What she did (in ep. 10)…
What did she do? I'm not there yet but after episode 3 I don't think I want to continue anyway because it seems it's going those problematic routes already. I don't mind any spoilers.

I had to drop this after two episodes. Why is it so popular? Everything is so cheesy and over the top. Study Group…
So far I'm not really enjoying it either, and I was avidly awaiting this. It feels like the shows target is to purposely get the audience angry and rageful wrongfully, which will only cause more violence, while every case is shallow - school kid does something bad, main guy monologues for 10 minutes and then beats them up, problem solved.

I preferred how Kim Do-ki in the school set episodes of Taxi Driver season 1 dealt with school bullies. Much more realistic even if that show can be a bit OTT in a fun way. But at least It was dealt with properly.

This one is also going way too far with violence, a slap is one thing, but stabbing and almost allowing a student to burn to death is another. Even in a satirical context, it's not doing it's job of getting the right point across.

I find it odd such a hugely popular Webtoon hasn't been put elsewhere besides the Naver Webtoon to be translated for the rest of us, especially if it has that large of a fan base. The creator could be making tons more money from nationwide viewings and income from ads/coins, but I don't know if that's a licensing issue or not. Too bad.

Person Kim Min Ha
please don't make assumptions about people you don't know. in the interviews she always says that she's not someone…
How much weight she lost isn't healthy, that's what I'm saying. Nobody, even eating healthy, is that small. That's starvation. And it may be for a role, which is great, but SK is known for bullying people about their looks and weight, which is something I hope she's avoiding for sure.

SML is so bland.. some of you can get SML syndrome with those bland guys.. I can’t believe.
I heard everyone saying this but personally didn't feel that. He's not that complex, but he's not completely bland either. He shouldn't be the ML ofc, since he isn't, but it'd be interesting to see why he is so stoic since there seems to be a reason.

Episode 3 was better than the first 2 and episode 4 has been okay as well thankfully, but I only made it halfway and I'm too tired to finish the episode tonight. It is getting slightly better though for me, so I'll continue on with the show and await new episodes.

The weird thing is, I don't know if it's only me - it's not that the cast is doing bad or anything, but it's a tad like they feel disconnected from one another. Almost as if they're acting in seperate shows and not meshing well together. Not quite no chemistry, just maybe different styles of acting each person has that doesn't go together as a whole? I think that's where the charm I'm missing with it is coming from.

For any US people here, if you have a VPN, sign completely out of your Viki account once your VPN is completely turned off. Connect that VPN to the UK, sign back into your Viki account (you may have to shut down your device first to completely full stop the database) and then this show is available for free to watch completely with ads like it was before for us. It was the only place in my search i could find that had the show that didn't require a Viki pass. Lots to go through to watch it, I know, but desperate times... lol
