I found Woodz through him Singing Drowning (so thankful for that, as Woodz is now my favorite singer), and he did really great too! I always wondered why he hasn't tried a song or two out because he has a nice voice, this is awesome!

If you're lacking time like me as well, I'd probably move on to something else if it isn't catching your attention. I watched episode 2 now and while it's not terrible, it's still a bit mid. I'm not hating it, but I'm not loving it either haha Maybe it'll improve since I've been hearing good things about episode 4? who knows, but I'm skeptical. There's a certain charm it's lacking that I can't pinpoint.

I'll try to continue with it even though I can feel it's not going to improve much, I've enjoyed some parts, but they're few and far between. I really do enjoy Lee Jae Wooks acting and it's the reason why I'm here, but there's unfortunately not many 10/10 shows he's in besides Alchemy of Souls.

Out of my whole watchlist consisting of many thrillers with lots of death, gore and blood, out of everything I've witnessed - I can't bare the sight of that diabetic foot oozing puss in episode 2. Who knew.

Is it getting any better and visibly less AI usage as much as episode 1? I haven't really been getting the urge to start episode 2 for some reason. I feel like it may stay mid, but I'd love to hear how it's going and what you guys think to decide whether I want to continue or not.

The line in the subtitles when he confesses says: "I think I like you" so ofc the first thought is, well, "You think?!?!" lol

But the nuance to it isn't as harsh as it may sound. The original line is "좋아하(는) 거 같아요" which does translate to something around "I think I like it/you : seems like I like it/you" and is typically used, when in the present form (in this case, (는) as I have in parenthesis above in the original sentence), as the speaker "bringing out the idea of likelihood." as if they already know something about the situation. So he wasn't being completely wishy washy with what he was saying, and it also softens it for the listener and doesn't sound too in your face. It's a polite way to confess.

if he had used (올 form) instead of (는), that's used when you actually have no clue about the situation. Such as "it seems this food will taste good 🤔" instead of something to the effect of "it seems this food tastes good ☺️"

Ok I thought this was interesting as I looked further into it regarding one of the lines I saw people making jokes out of in episode 6, my little thoughts below: 👇🏻

I really wanted to watch this to see Jinyoungs performance, but I got really bored halfway through and couldn't continue. So far it was a basic revenge driven show where people cuss at one another and get beaten up. I'm sure the whole story happens later on in the show so we get the backstory, but the pacing is just too slow for me. Guess I'll continue my search in finding something else he's in that's not romance.

It may be an AI song if it's not on the official soundtrack releases. Everyone figured this out the hard way while it was airing and we were waiting for certain soundtracks that never came out. Netflix has been using AI songs recently and this was one of its first victims.

Reddit is a mine field currently because of this. People are being chewed out left and right just because they watched the show.

It's sad, I feel as though Hong Min Gi might've got a lot of young and immature girl fans from being in Study Group and they're coming over here pooping on Lee Jae Wook for no reason when they're both great actors and handsome. I could be wrong, but it's the only conclusion I can come up with that makes a bit of sense.

I think part of the point was that evil is never really all the way gone, there will always be evil people in the world wanting to cause harm, but they did succeed in getting rid of that spirit for now. The priest chose to sacrifice his life (The priest died for a second there if you look closely instead of Hwa Pyung, as it was prophesied one person would die, so something of the sort did actually happen to someone) for his friend so that he wouldn't die and managed to get Park Il Do cast out and back to the sea by using his one last exorscism on him. Then she swam around and pulled the priest out of the water to safety, he coughs up water and then is okay. I believe the reason for everyone being safe at the end was meant to be divine intervention against the spirit they were able to get rid of, which makes sense with the moral viewpoint the show comes from.

It's funny you bring this up though, I showed this to someone else and we both agreed that the ending you talked about and the actual ending to the drama could've both worked just fine! haha

Oh and the assembly woman was a screw up because they were planning a sequel movie with her as the main big bad I believe, but it never came to fruition. So ignore anything involving that character lol

Did you ever make your way back to it? Season 2 goes right along with it and imo is better than 1. All the very important events finally happen, I believe it's not too long either just like this season.

I sure hope she only lost weight for whatever movie I see someone talking about with terminal illness and will gain some back. It's quite scary to be honest. She doesn't look like herself at all anymore (maybe got some plastic surgery as well) and looks like the light in her eyes is dimming exponentially. SK really needs to stop bullying people into anorexia and saying people are fat when they actually looked healthy to begin with. I'm actually quite alarmed...

And he literally has always looked like that, he's a natural beauty with much much less plastic surgery than 90% of them. He isn't ugly at all!
