i was thinking the same until ep 10 when she was crying in private. i still like her and will continue until something else happens. i just could understand why i was confused and will interpret scenes based on the understanding i got

i dont like to comment on things like this but think the reason i struggle to understand dynamics in this drama is zhou ye's acting doesn't show the intensity of the character's behaviors. i have to mule over what her feelings are towards situations a little to get them because the way she behaves towards the family members, 2ml, especially ml are for the most part toying in between emotions, lukewarm. is she coy or untrusting, acting or honest i sometimes have to gather from everything else. they already use vague metaphoric lines between leads so it gets even more confusing. i thought it might be the character and the drama's vision but she doesn't show the severe vengeance she feels even after listening her dad and crying which cemented for me. i watched her dramas before and didnt feel this issue before so its unfortunate. maybe a revenge drama was to show it

just finished ep 8... man i knew from the moment casting news came out the drama was going to be good and followed the news until it started airing with more and more anticipation. it smashed so high above all that anticipation can't even explain it i feel like crying when i think of how great it is. this is everything i look for and desire in a love story
