yes i didnt say its great or perfect but it is objectively a good idol drama. there are qualities that determines whether anything is good or bad. regardless liking it or not is subjective

never said that. its just objectively a good drama and some negatives dont make sense and wouldn't be said otherwise and it overall seems to be getting nitpicked bc of some other stuff that have happened to a point they lose credibility.

umm i am just a viewer, no fan of anyone and dont have knowledge in what is going on in china but the criticisms aren't warranted really. the directing is probably going to be the best of the year. the production and set quality is of a movie. the director is really crazy, while watching an episode from a point that beauty gets normal to the eyes but then a couple of times i had to pause and do things and when i came back wherever i stopped the scene looks magnificent that i just stare a little before i continue. i am just so happy that i get to watch this beauty. its not a story we arent used to watch but its a one we like watching and its paced and adapted so well i dont get bored no matter what scene i am watching. i dont speed it up or skip, i enjoy watching the side characters, even if not the main couple all the other couples are distinctively different and enjoyable and even if the main couple is apart while there is an anticipation for the reunion i still watch it with the same enjoyment. this is a really well made drama

in this show i like commoner costumes more than noble ones. the different textures, colors and patterns layered together and little ribbons and trinkets are so prettyyyy

i did think wei yan attacked xie zheng but that dialogue he had with his man on ep 13 confused me like what did they mean by lord changxin's people plotted against xie zheng while her was looking into what happened 16 years ago and lord changxin ruined wei yan's great plans?

are both grandpa li and Wei yan bad guys? they both seem to be greedy for power. also in ep 13 wei yan learnt lord changxin's people plotted against xie zheng so wei yan didnt attack xie zheng then?

i mean for me if i finished till the last episode it means i enjoyed a kdrama lot but i wished to see geumbo's story to wrap up as her coming back to her job as yeoido's witch like i know they might want to put out the possibility for s2 but its not her fault her senior put her to undercover lol
