Yeah I had the same problem. I am really curious to see what people who watch it after airing think of it.

Not having to wait for more episodes definitely helped me enjoy the drama (I decided to pause watching just before they entered the mine for the reason given above). For me 3-4 episodes at one time was the right amount.

Lop Nor desert in Xinjiang. It’s an old dried out salt lake with lots of ancient tombs and tomb raiders.

It is beautiful; agree it would be an interesting place to visit. The salt & sand must be hard on equipment and people 🙂
