the bad job done on the cgi replacement is so distracting, not to mention the horrible dubbing done to the voice,…
Idk, the way he glitches sometimes is hilarious, brings part of the fun for me . ππ What really is annoying is that man-child ML's friend, but I just fast-forward his scenes, like most of us here π
Don't laugh at me but I am finally seeing the AI in ep 11! I have been showing this guy to my family and earlier…
I'm on ep 10 now, and during their meeting at the office FL went right through his arm like his body is ethereal πππ I had to pause to laugh if off!!! ππ
I thought I was handling this AI stuff just fine, but then she went right through his arm like he's a ghost!!! Damn, that made me laugh so hard πππππ
Yaβll on my ass cause I said cdramas trying to push pseudocest into every damn drama is weirdβ¦. Are yaβll…
Dude, chill. Cdramas are not trying to push anything. This trope is as ancient as Chinese wall, and is supper common in asian media. It is not a modern trend or something, it's always been there. There is a ton of source material with that trope presented in many forms and ways. Personally I see it as nothing more than a plot device needed to put some more obstacles to the love journey of the mains. That's it, no need to overreact.
Ok, I need a backstory of that weird study base, I have soooo many questions! 1. How come there is an abandoned pool that still has water in it? If it still can function, why is it abandoned? 2. Why are all the desks just thrown there in a pile? Seems like a waste of resources, they could repair them, or sell them, or whatever. And why to store them in a pool out of all places? 3. Why is FL the only one who lurks there? That place is way too attractive, it should be nr1. hanging out spot even with all the guards around π I'm sorry, I just can't get over this, the place is too cool! π π π
That's the consensus so far, and likely the case as well.
It's hard to say if it is a straightforward lie though, cuz our girl here has some severe mental disorder. So far it looks like there is a part of her which really believes that all her peers are still out there, alive and well.
It is not completely revealed yet. All we know so far is that there was some kind of power struggle after previous…
Yeah, that is a really disturbing aspect. How come that in 8 years nobody have noticed that so mane ppl are gone? And someone just kept paying the guards just to stay there and not let anyone in or out.. well, we just have to wit and see.
how's the drama so far? is the politics very messy?
The thing is, we don't really know yet π π So far there are so many questions and so little answers, better wait for more episodes to come out, or you'll be stuck here theorizing like the rest of us, haha ππ
I kinda skipped around so some parts I don't understand. So why were Ye Li and her family on a mountain? How did…
It is not completely revealed yet. All we know so far is that there was some kind of power struggle after previous emperor's demise. The scholars of Lishan academy opposed one of the power striving parties and got backlash from them. Around the same time Ye Li's father sent her mother back to Lishan mountain, cuz that is where her father (and Ye Li's grandfather) lived. We don't know what the reason was, but might be connected to that power struggle. Apparently the mother died on the road, but shortly after Ye Li got to the mountain, the massacre happened. We don't know how and what happened exactly, but we do know that Ye Li with some accomplices is now plotting revenge on ppl responsible for the incident, there are 4 of them (cuz she got 4 straw dolls in ep 1.)
In china, if you have adapted a drama from a novel, it's easier to pass censorship. Otherwise it may take years…
Oh, so that's the case? I was wondering why there are so many Cdramas that are supposed to be adapted from the novels, but have nothing to do with the original? But it's because novels had already passed the censorship... Thanks for explaining ^_^
