I really like the FL here. I think she is a really great character. So mature, not childish, with strong will, brave and yet delicate. Such likeable FL characters is really rare in Chinese dramaland. Respect to the writer, screenwriter and the actress for deliver us such a character. And generally the plot is really well written.
I wonder if there will be romance between the FL and ML, because it is not mentioned in the tags. But for me Xiaozhou and his girlfriend don´t match. They have different values. In my opinion he is more compatible with the FL.
I really like that they have proper case investigation and the audience can follow it and is not left behhind. That is what I missed in the drama Melody of Golden Age.
Why the unnecessary death of Jin Chun😭 Apart from this it was a nice drama. I liked that there was no romance, no love triangles between the main leads, just pure friendship. I think it is the first time I saw this kind of relationship in a C-Drama. It is kind of rare and refreshing.
I really hope that Shen Yi has a plan, otherwise I can´t understand why he is back at his side. I also noticed that he said "they told me...." and not a remember now or something like that. So I really hope he want to find out more about this "fake dad". The crying scene was soo perfect delivered by the actor Dai Xu. It was so real 👁️👁️! When they showed in the end that Shen Yi was watching how Xu Tongsheng was looking for the grandmother, my only thought was : 他还没完了! I bet there is a lot more to the story. I only don´t understand why Xu Tongsheng was transfered back to his unit. Onlybecause he went to the University to find more about Shen Yi?

First Shot was also the drama I thought of. They are somewhat similar, but the interaction between the MLs give me different vibes. Here it is pure friendship and camaraderie while in First Shot it has strong BL vibes.
Unexpectedly an interesting drama. Love the relationship between Xu Tongsheng, Shen Ye and Jin Chun. It is somewhat refreshing to see just good friendship relationship between MLs and FL and not the usual romance trop. The cases are also very engaging. First I thought they would just investigate things related to Xu Tongsheng´s parents death, but I´m glad the scriptwriter give us many different cases. That is more interesting to watch. I didn´t expect much from this drama, but now can´t wait for the new episodes to come out.
