I think that for folks who actually enjoy omegaverse, including all the known tropes (biting, scenting, and knotting, nesting), I think their best shot to see it is in those AI BL series.

How is Sangnuea supposed to overcome that mindset, when he's been told since he was a child, that omegas aren't anything without their alphas? Also, using Phatsa as an example isn't right, because he literally got lucky with Nakhun, and that was after he bit him without his consent!!

That the only pairing that actually were shown to choose each other, without initially being under the influence of their pheromones was a alpha and beta couple. For an ABO series, how did the screenwriters not see how odd that was in the overall aspect of the series?

That was the first mistake in this series.

Nakhun and Naphitch are just opposite sides of the same coin. Phatsa just got "lucky" in that his Alpha wanted to get to know him AND took the time to see him as a person, outside of his second gender, than just knowing that he could birth him babies.

Those scenes with their body guards observing their private moments made no sense at all.
Nakhun and Phatsa were not in any real danger. Will the body guards also end up in the room, when Phatsa gives birth?

Phatsa had a completely emotional breakdown, because Nakhun mentioned that he was planning on building a hotel.
Shouldn't there be SOME level of trust established between these two, after everything they've been through?

Or is this supposed to represent Phatsa's fluctuating emotions, due to his pregnancy?

Along with Nakhun having the pregnancy issues of not being able to eat or smell seafood anymore?

Bay's dad, has only been "supportive", when both of his sons were behaving in the way that benefitted him and his image. Boat, who supposedly was still attending medical school, somehow STILL had time to maintain, manage, and be available at the family restaurant?!
Bay had become the prized one, because of his talent in sculpture/art. If he wasn't as talented, his father would have probably belittled his choices, and definitely wouldn't have approved of him going to Italy for his college education.

As for Sun's dad, it finally took his divorced wife to tell him, that he's the one that damaged their marriage and that he was on the way to messing up his relationship with his youngest child, if he didn't get himself together.

All he has left is Sun and his restaurant.

All Sun wants is the chance to be "normal", enjoy the sport that he's good at, and be with his boyfriend.

He still loves his dad. He's not at the point of resenting him. Yet!

I hope that Boat and Bay's Mom comes back from taking care of her ailing mother, she unleashes holy hell on her husband. I know that I am asking for a lot from a Thai BL, but this is ridiculous. You come home, and find out that your youngest child was kicked out?!

I feel that Dawei seeing the love, care, happiness, and joy that he was seeing shown between Jiakai and his grandmother, helped him to see that if he allowed himself to open up a bit, he too could have those feelings expressed and returned to himself.

Him choosing as an adult, to stop the mental, emotional, and abusive hold his father had on him was a first start. The second was him reaching out to his abused mom to allow her back into his life.

Even Ms. Peggy's comments about babies/children having the right to make their own lives happy, and the 2 minute podcast message on changing the direction of your life as an adult.

I thought this was a refreshing drama that focused on the characters taking steps to make sure that their hopes, their wishes, their lives are going in the direction that they want, and not something that is fulfilling an obligation towards their parents and families.

MFLOW hasn't made any announcements yet about their upcoming 2027 line-up, but BoatOat have been their biggest and most successful CP. This series IS being received well in Thailand and that's their focus. If they can get funding from companies and endorsements from other companies in Thailand, they will find a new project for BoatOat to star in.

It's almost 2:30 am here in the US and I burst out in laughter with this particular segment of your post.

I know this particular production company wanted to be the "first" to present the ABO knotting universe to Thai BL viewers, but this has been a big disappointment.

Boat and Oat will get another BL series for 2027.

This vertical drama was very well made and I enjoyed the storyline.

Takumi was right. If he hadn't met Ryoji and Daiya, his life would have remained the same.

I loved that Daiya took Takumi's rejection with humor, and understanding. He took his shot. It didn't work, but they still remained good friends.

He didn't try to sabotage Takumi and Ryoji.

The series also didn't make Ryoji having a year long work assignment, away from Takumi seem like a deal breaker for their budding relationship.

I is realizing that he's trapped in the life that he and She created (with a child about to be born), to avoid any sort of truth, well-being, and happiness they each could of had, if he had been honest about his feelings for He.

I is married to She, but knows that his wife isn't comfortable in sharing her true feelings. She knows that I really has never truly loved her.

I hope that He is living his best life, and never looks back on what happened as a failure on his part.

Every time I see a dual marriage proposal, I think of Nomi and Amanita from "Sense8 The Series".

I am glad that Seo YuJun and Kim YeonHo made it through their earlier struggles.

This looks really interesting!

I hate that this series is completed. Sigh.
