"Oh did they announce a new show in 2027 or is this optimism?"
MFLOW hasn't made any announcements yet about their upcoming 2027 line-up, but BoatOat have been their biggest and most successful CP. This series IS being received well in Thailand and that's their focus. If they can get funding from companies and endorsements from other companies in Thailand, they will find a new project for BoatOat to star in.
At the risk of sounding controversial and a little hater adjacent, I’d like to break my silence on something.…

It's almost 2:30 am here in the US and I burst out in laughter with this particular segment of your post.
I know this particular production company wanted to be the "first" to present the ABO knotting universe to Thai BL viewers, but this has been a big disappointment.
I is realizing that he's trapped in the life that he and She created (with a child about to be born), to avoid any sort of truth, well-being, and happiness they each could of had, if he had been honest about his feelings for He.
I is married to She, but knows that his wife isn't comfortable in sharing her true feelings. She knows that I really has never truly loved her.
I hope that He is living his best life, and never looks back on what happened as a failure on his part.

Yes, I have watched the latest epiosde. I can appreciate the need/desire to find sanctuary within these series. Yet, I am also thrilled that we can also see variety in these BLs.

"....in this land of dreams, it was about time"
There seems to be such resistance from some fans, in wanting to believe that these types of things, just do not happen. I guess, it's a way to not spoil their "squee" in all things under the BL/KPop/JPop/ThaiPop umbrella, but these things do happen.

Even in the Thai BL that concluded yesterday, "Payback The Series" had its own version of Harvey Weinstein, Miramax Studios, and the talent that had been assaulted by him/their careers stopped by him, if they didn't do what he demanded of them.
Sadly, this sort of behavior happens everywhere, within different entertainment industries across the globe.
So this is what I keep turning over at 3 a.m. If BL is a genre built on carefully arranged fate, then maybe what…
"no matter how beautiful the meeting, it can’t hide how unpredictable life is."
I know that many viewers are upset about QT's death, and the unfulfilled opportunity in seeing him and WS getting their own HEA. I understand that hurt.
Yet, I am of the mindset of being so happy that QT was allowing himself to try and start living again for himself, after finding out about the passing of his first love.
QT also acknowledged WS years long unrequited love for him, by asking him to "wait until he got himself together."
So, IMO, QT didn't head up that mountain (this time) to seek out his death. He went up that mountain, seeking out that ghost flower to give to WS.
Amazing. Now, I am going to rewatch the series with the complete understanding that the film is the true story of Fang Chi and Gao Zhun. Which was the setting of Zhen Xin being able to finally get his Zhang Zhun. The imaginative and creative minds of these artists from China.
Just watched episode ten. I came prepared this time, so my emotions actually held steady. Turns out bracing yourself…
"It’s an ugly board. But here’s what I keep coming back to. Qing Lang is willing to sacrifice. Chang Yang has the brains and the nerve. And love is the one move nobody at that table saw coming."
Chang Yang also has patience. He'll take another chance with Qing Lang.
As sad as it was to see the first relationship get cut so short, I really like that the show is about finding…
Agreed. Chia Yi has experienced so much loss and pain in his young life, that he's basically hidden his fears, feelings, and tears behind a smile he shows to everyone else.
I know that some viewers don't like that Chia Yi's first love relationship with Hsaio Ho ended with his death, but both boys were able to express and experience a shared and returned love.
Chia Yi, now has friends, especially with Diao Chin by his side. Hopefully, Chia Yin's smiles will continue to become more genuine.
I know that parent/guardian characters aren't always wanted in these BLs/GLs, but the missing aunt of Chia Yi is bothering me.
Those two had an argument, and her underaged nephew left the house, and hasn't come back. For days.
I think they explained that Diao Chin's parents are working overseas.
As I said... it would not matter if he was gay, but times changes and just because he was not brave enough does…
I feel that the writers wanted to try and create a redemption for the father, in revealing that he too had fallen in love with a man in his past. It doesn't negate his homophopic abusive, and manipulative behavior witb his kids. His oldest is partially deaf, due to him being beaten by him. His youngest son, literally kept his terminal brain tumor diagnosis (which I don’t understand how that could happen, when he's still not a legal adult) from him, and chose to transfer high schools with his unseen aunt's help.
He even slapped his son, inside of the hospital, when he said that he was seeing another boy.

Boat and Oat will get another BL series for 2027.
"That encounter definitely changed my life."
"If I were all alone, it never would have changed."
Takumi was right. If he hadn't met Ryoji and Daiya, his life would have remained the same.
I loved that Daiya took Takumi's rejection with humor, and understanding. He took his shot. It didn't work, but they still remained good friends.
He didn't try to sabotage Takumi and Ryoji.
The series also didn't make Ryoji having a year long work assignment, away from Takumi seem like a deal breaker for their budding relationship.
I is married to She, but knows that his wife isn't comfortable in sharing her true feelings. She knows that I really has never truly loved her.

I am glad that Seo YuJun and Kim YeonHo made it through their earlier struggles.

It was just an unfortunate accident.

Every 3 minutes, I have to remind myself to not try to use my brain. Everything we are seeing was just going off a vibes.
