I think if Theo talked it over with Akk about his decision, making it more mutual, it would have been better.…
That was my issue in Theo coming to the decision, that he needed to go back to France, because of his Mom. He made that choice, without telling Akk, his boyfriend beforehand. It's not like Akk would have made or demanded that Theo stay in Thailand with him. It still would have been dramatic, if the writers had shown that Theo actually thought about Akk before making that choice. Also, I don’t quite understand why Theo had to go, and live with his Mom in the first place. She's a grown woman.
Theo is NOT the best boyfriend in the world, but he definitely lucked out in having Akk fall in love with him. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Book and Force. I hope that GMMTV has another series lined up for them, either a BL or a lakorn.
Fluke and Fame were wonderful onscreen as Mork and Tawan. Their last scenes together, were filmed beautifully. They both looked sun-kissed in the mountaintop, and countryside scenes.
I am not emotionally okay after the first half of episode 11! It was filmed so well! When Da Un came out his room…
It was so well done, because at first, I wondered to myself, "Do they even see their son?!", and then I realized it was all a dream. Da Un even thought about Si Won's parents reuniting, in the hope that would make him happy.
Just absolutely lovely. My word. Only 4 months into 2022, and South Korea continues to impress me with their BL series. Jo Hyuk Joon and Kang Eun Bin were wonderful in their roles.
I also LOVED the potential budding GL story between Si Yeong and Yun Jeong.
I'm enjoying this series. It's touching, yet funny at the same time. I'm also enjoying the potential of the three romantic pairings, and their storylines.
This story doesn't have any sense i felt the author wrote this story in a straight couple perspective and no knowledge…
"This story doesn't have any sense i felt the author wrote this story in a straight couple perspective and no knowledge of what a healthy relationship is they just throwing words and sentences of self worth here and there and people are Praising that and looking past these toxic traits in both of the relationships"
That's the thing that I'm stuck on regarding the two main pairings. If Kuea was "Kate", and we saw her, constantly feeling the need to lie to everyone in her life, imcluding her future husband, because her choices in what she wants to do in her life, have been deemed as "naughty", "disbehaving", and not something, as someone of her "status" should be doing, the audience would want for her to actually succeed, in reaching her goals, over wanting her to end up with the potential spouse. I just cannot even comprehend the Diao situation. If Diao, was Diane, and she has been kept from knowing that she and Yi have a history together for years, but she has purposely been kept unaware of it, due to her having amnesia, and Yi's sense of guilt?! I'm not going to lie, when I first heard about this series, I was fascinated by the arranged marriage between two men aspect of the plot. I wanted to see how that topic, would be addressed between two male characters, but then it's become this mired in trope, after trope, incomprehensible series, that has other viewers recommending that we "shut our brains off", to find some enjoyment.
I'm definitely going to re-watch this series over and over again. Bravo to everyone who worked on this show.
One of the very few BL series, in which I have absolutely loved ALL the romantic pairings featured in the series. The steadfastness of Saen & Aii. The forbiddeness of Vee & Dome. The endurance of Thorn & Fah.
At this point the story (for me) was all over the place but I still enjoy it😂 not thinking that much cause…
Hey, I'm an avid book lover, but I also believe that if you're going to attempt to do a TV adaption of the novel, you should be talented enough to re-interpret situations, characters, and storylines so that the adaption is clear, and makes sense to the viewers. Not everyone knows about the novel OR has access to be able to read the novel.
I don’t know what to say honestly... I was online on discord with my friend that watched the latest episode…
I got your reference, and that's exactly how I felt about that scene. Kuea's been reduced to tears, because of Lian's reaction to him using a big knife to chop an egg, and they end up kissing?! Okay!
The main leads, all behave like they've actually never, ever dated anyone in their lives. The stilted awkwardness, doesn't match to how they're supposed to be seen as adults, especially Lian and Yi. These two are businessmen, yet they come across as kids playing dress-up, in their dads clothes.
ETA: TPTB could have toned down that extreme haze filter they've used to film the leads in. They look like dolls to me.
Also, I don’t quite understand why Theo had to go, and live with his Mom in the first place. She's a grown woman.
Is it something about the mafia?!
😉

I thought that Momma knew, and approved of their relationship.

I feel that Amber is the childhood friend of Le Chien and Yu He, but he doesn't know exactly how to tell them about their connection.
