He was definitely in the wrong for telling her to die but he was young and rash and at the end of his rope. It was wrong, definitely but people say that all the time in arguments and don't actually expect people to actually do it. That's what fuels his guilt because he thinks she actually did what he said. I'm not too knowledgeable about wounds and that so I think they may just be a case of the drama not being accurate to real life either because when she cut her wrist, he ran back to make sure she was fine and she really did seem fine. She wasn't swaying or going feint or anything (which I'm sure he would have brought her to the hospital if that was the case). She instantly started asking him about what girls he was seeing so she seemed fine which let him walk away. It probably wouldn't be that way in real life but in the drama when he walked away she was fine. As for the bus thing, I see it as him just so done with that family. The brother kept accusing him or cheating and stuff so he probably assumed she had told him that. I think he just wanted to get away and let them deal with their shit themselves.
I understand your reasoning but I don't agree. We need to remember this wasn't a one-time thing. She was constantly weaponising self-harm and suicide in an attempt to keep him with her. It was extremely toxic and she definitely needed psychiatric help. We saw in the flashbacks that she had done this multiple times and when she does slit her wrist on the beach, he instantly runs back to cover it and make sure she's ok. But if he had stayed with her, the toxic cycle would have continued. He appeared to have stopped the bleeding and when she continued to act delusionally, THEN he walked away because he knew staying with her would only feed her delusions. That's why he blames himself for her death. He wishes he'd done more and assumes she committed suicide after that (we still don't know what actually happened) BUT he's not to blame for it. When he left, she was ok. Her wound wasn't life-threatening and he knew that him staying with her then would have continued the self harm cycle because in her mind (hurting herself = him staying).
I actually think Deuk Chan killed her. He's acting so suspicious lately but he also trusts Do Ha (as verified…
She asked two questions. The first was if he trusted Do Ha and he said yes. She didn't hear anything so he was telling the truth so she looked happy but then he congratulated her for their relationship and that's when she heard the noise. Which means he does trust Do Ha but isn't happy about their relationship for some reason. Which is suspicious imo.
haven't watched k-drama for a long time, how is this one so far? worth watching?
If you want something fairly lighthearted, cute and a nice romcom with some mild fantasy elements, then give this a try. It's pretty cute and very enjoyable so far but not remarkable.
I think her dad killed her because he blamed her for Doha breaking up with her. The family was using Doha as a…

I just started this (I'm only on episode 2) but already I find it absolutely WILD that Lee Soo isn't the main character. Like his story is SO interesting and while the main lead seems fine and I'd probably like him in a different drama, everytime Lee Soo is on screen, he's so compelling and his story so interesting that I completely forget that I'm supposed to care about the whole matchmaker stuff. It feels like two different dramas, one a really fascinating palace drama with Lee Soo becoming king and the other a cute fluffy romcom with the two leads. Granted this might change as it goes on but that's my initial impression anyway.
This drama is adorable. Just binged the whole thing in two days! It's shorter than normal so it doesn't have that drag that usually happens in most kdramas. It's just a short but sweet romcom
God I hate the SML. He's awful and if he really was a therapist, he would lose his license so quickly. Every time he got in the way of the main couple under the guise of therapy I wanted to slap him.
This is a really cute drama, I liked it a lot. It's definitely fun and a bit silly at times so don't watch if…
I did dock half a star off for that plot near the end with Xinya attempting suicide though. That pissed me off. She obviously needs psychiatric help if she is suicidal, don't manipulate someone into marrying her who doesn't love her. How will she get better that way? At least that plot was resolved quickly.
This is a really cute drama, I liked it a lot. It's definitely fun and a bit silly at times so don't watch if you want something serious. But for me, it was really enjoyable. I loved the main couple and I never got bored throughout the drama.
One of the cutest dramas I've ever seen. This was honestly such a joy to watch. I loved following the story of the five main characters over the course of several years and there was no point where I got bored or annoyed with the plot (which is really REALLY rare for dramas). I loved all the characters and loved the main couple. This will definitely be one I'll rewatch again.
Very cute drama but there's not really any plot here so once the main couple got together it became pretty boring. If you're looking for something sweet and easy to watch, then it's a cute, fluffy choice.
Cute drama but god I absolutely hated her mother. She had absolutely no shame at all. I felt so bad for everything she put Yumi through and then the way she just pawned off Dong Gu on anyone available. What a terrible mother.
So sad it's over! That was honestly one of the best, sweetest, fluffiest, loveliest and most romantic feel-good kdramas I've ever watched (and I've watched a lot!) So so good!
Ji Chang Wook~!!!!! Nooooooo!! I knew it was coming but I'm still gonna miss him so much!
On the plus side, Lee Seung Gi is coming back from military service later this year so while I lose one of my oppas, I'm gaining back another!
