Singto posted a shooting schedule and a video of himself in a makeup chair on his IG story. I wasn't sure what he was shooting for so I checked the other actor's IGs where I found nothing except Foei being on his way somehere at 5:26am(shooting starts at 6am according to Singto's schedule) however then I checked the director's IG and he also seems to be on set. Since there's absolutely no other show listed on the director's page chances are good that they are filming Baker Boys.
Personally I'm hoping for October cause I seriously need another GMMTV BL to air already, I have absolutely no clue if I'm right though.
It would make sense though for the editing process to have already started during lockdown, especially if they were almost done filming before, after all people at GMMTV must also be getting a bit antsy by now over having to keep airing reruns. Those are just assumptions and hopeful thinking so don't take what I write too seriously.
I wonder if this will be one of those series that gmm doesn't film. Like in their 2020 lineup announcements there…
They put a bunch of newly signed actors in this.... I don't think GMMTV can cancel this. Signing a whole bunch of new actors only to then promise them main/support roles and then canceling the series without having them act in absolutely anything else all year would be a scummy thing to do.
I don't think that's an option if they want to keep their positive image.
I just watched the anime. I'm not a big anime person myself, but I really enjoyed it! I was pretty surprised.…
There's also a Given anime movie which focuses more on Haruki and Akihiko Have you seen that one yet?
Other than that I can recommend Doukyuusei, Umibe no Etranger(the movie is a bit rushed, I prefer the manga), Yuri on Ice, No.6 and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. There's also Sasaki to Miyano which is a manga I adore and which should get an anime adaption next year as it's currently in production.
Personally most of the BL manga I like doesn't get anime adaptions and most of the ones that do get adaptions are ones I don't like so I could recommend you a lot more manga than anime tbh.
Mhmmm idk how I feel abt kristsingto not being together but ig I'll watch this :/
Krist doesn't want to play BL roles, he never really did. His role in SOTUS just happened to be the first major role he could get as a young actor without much acting experience so he went with it. He never played another BL role again and he doesn't want to.
Honestly at this point I think it's really harmful to Singto's career for fans to still hold on to this ship so strongly. He has acted with several other actors who have so far always gotten hate just because they are not Krist. I think it's time to move on.
I gotta be honest, I didn't particularly like this one. Objectively speaking it's a very well produced beautiful drama. However what I don't like is the general vibe of it. It gives off the kind of serious artsy vibe most queer european and us media has. Having seen a lot of that it just feels very overdone. Coming from a western view point this is the equivalent to seeing another thai bl drama about engineering students.
Personally I got into thai bl because it's usually funny and light hearted which is sadly something that is lacking in western queer media.
To summ it up, the drama is great, it's just not what I'm looking for.
I see there's the tag "rape", how severe is it and how much does it affect the story? It's one of the tags that…
It happens in the last episode and involves one of the side couples. (Kengkla x Techno) It is actual rape, not even dubious consent or a grey zone, just text book definition rape, romanticized and played for comedy. The author of the novel the series is based on (Mame) is quite notorious for romanticizing sexual assault.
That being said the main couple does have a healthy consentual relationship. I really enjoyed their story. If you do want to watch any of the dramas based on Mame's novels then this is probably the one to go for if you prefer your ships consentual. Overall I would recommed you to stay away from her stories though.
In this case it only really becomes an issue in the last episode. There's another side couple who are step brothers. (Tum x Tar) One of them has trauma from being raped in the past which is a plotline that is for the most part handled rather well and treated seriously, however there is also a scene between the two brothers where one almost rapes the other(already traumatized) one. The third side couple(Tin x Can) has some non-consentual kiss scenes but nothing beyond that.
I don’t follow the Thai celebrity scandals. Do we know who Aam actually dated from 2Moons? (I assume it’s…
Don't know if Aam actually dated any of the 2Moons2 actors, haven't heard anything about it. But yeah, I do agree with your way of thinking of it possibly being Kaprao.
Looks good! Glad they finally started filming.

Things are looking very good right now.
I don't understand why they keep casting him in those sad roles, I don't want to watch my boy cry anymore.

I'd say there's hope.

Edit: Gun posted more pics in his story. I think they are getting motorcycling lessons?
The drama adaption wasn't bad but I honestly feel like it was way too rushed. The anime had twice as much time to tell the story.

The actor who was sexually harrassed was Earth. Here's a good video on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SprtKqdK1yE&ab_channel=moonconsort
