What I enjoyed the most about this show is the themes of feminism the side characters had to go through. I absolutely loved the side ship and wanted more of them. The chemistry between the couple was super adorable though. I do think the pacing could have been better for the start of their relationship. I did enjoy the supernatural part of this show, but I wish it was more of a main focus. I did cry a lot nearing the end though because I started to be invested in their relationship. <3Was this review helpful to you?
when friends become your home
The amount of times I cried is surprising because I expected this to be a very lighthearted drama. It still was, but the issues the characters faced were realistic and believable. I love the main couple so much and they deserve each other. I do wish we got more of the unexpected side couple. I adored their character developments going into adulthood too and it was perfectly shown at the ending scenes with their younger selfs. I had an issue with QiQi due to her being shallow and not a great friend, but I am glad she is going toward the path she wants for herself. It gave me such a nostalgia vibe and makes me scared of adulthood. I know the problems the characters faced could become mine too, but I should embrace the present no matter what becomes of my future. the best thing I did is watch this show single *sobs*
I will stand by Xifan no matter how many haters she has. I connected to her feelings throughout the show and sobbed when she did. I love Suye and do appreciate how he grew from his flaws. The "secondary" couple was very underbaked, but I know the show is way more focused on the main couple instead. I adored all the cute moments and loved the cozy atmosphere. That wedding was also one of the prettiest ones I have seen so far (might take inspiration for my own hehe). <3Was this review helpful to you?
stuck in the loop forever more
I love Bai Jing Ting a lot and did enjoy this drama. My main issues were the underdeveloped romance and the not well crafted side characters involved in the case. The plot could have been fleshed out more, and I feel like there should be a season 2 based on the ending we got. I did have major bi panic with a lot of the female characters because their face cards were so lethal. I am the newest sister looking for a perfect match
I love love love the found family aspect and the connections between all the couples. The plot was engaging, but it heavily pissed me off during the eldest sister arc. All the other arcs were fun for me and I enjoyed all the relationships + chemistry.When I was watching, I kept recognizing actors and was like "I KNOW YOUUUU". I liked the casting choices yippie! I was surprised to find out that Winwin was a part of this show too.

I am forever trapped in the female leads' shackles
I enjoyed the female lead so much in this drama. She is so resilient and intelligent with her decisions. She also cares so much for the people that it warms my heart. When the female lead started to warm up to the male lead, I also started to feel the same way a bit. I adored all the side characters too and enjoyed the roles they played. I do think the ending was rushed and wish 4 eps were not cut off, but I still enjoyed this drama. I love the enemies to lovers trope yippie! BUT I need a male lead that will stop putting their hands on the female lead and try to physically hurt them, which is my main problem with this drama. The chemistry had me giggling like crazy for the cuter scenes though. AHHHHHHHH I needed to see more scenes where the female lead dominated the male lead. <3Was this review helpful to you?

If you liked this drama, you should def read the manhwa because it is PEAK. I love the manhwa more because I think the drama missed some key points. I stayed because I love the female actor's portrayal of the female lead and I was crying over the male lead's backstory. I wish the second couple was more fleshed out like it was in the manhwa. where is truck-kun when I need them
The urge to be transported into a game is very high indeed. I love how the plot tied together at the end, but I wish I saw them more scenes with them together at the end. GIVE ME CLOSUREEEEE! I want to see cute, happy moments of them together. But anyways, I love the male lead's backstory. I cried many times to him and I broke down when the female lead started missing her father. time is endless
The way the plot revealed itself was spectacular, and I loved it. Acting is perf because I love Bai Jingting and Zhao Jinmai. I find it funny how only a day had passed in their world while they had to deal with the mystery. I also loved the ending, but I wish we got to see more side character interactions. Still peak though because it made me feel scared for the main characters and empathize with the victim. Will def watch again when I miss the actors. <3Was this review helpful to you?
atp I cannot stop thinking about how each of us are lab rats thrown into this messed up world
This plot is so complex that sometimes it can be hard for me to follow and keep up, but I still ate it up nonetheless. People in power will always find ways to screw you over, which reflects real life sadly. It does highlight how corrupt police systems can be. The public outcry moments were reasonable and I could imagine myself being absolutely tricked too. My mind was tricked and played dirty. I loved how the show set up the reveals. Once I reached a twist, I felt silly for not figuring it out before because it was right in front of me. I do not think it ever will be possible to live in a world without crime and corruption. Humans are the most despicable beings on this Earth, so it would be hard to do so. I wish people can get the justice they deserve. I wanna be friends with the female lead sooo bad
I would say the strongest part of this drama is the political plot because it is so intriguing and kept me hooked on what each of the characters plans were next. Both female lead and male lead were so cunning in their own ways and I ate it up. I adored the side characters so much too. I just thought the romance was a good slow burn BUT I did not like his behavior towards her for some scenes because it made me uncomfortable and scared for the female lead. I still found them adorable together though once he started to understand her better. Justice was served and it was so satisfying to watch. I also loved how the plot wrapped up, but I always wish we get to see more scenes of the ending in these type of dramas. <3Was this review helpful to you?

where is the love of my life crashing into me?
I admit I am caught at the crime scene of crying my eyeballs out. The themes in this drama hit me hard. I love both couples. The male lead is just so sweet and thoughtful towards the female lead. I liked how they dealt with the underlying theme of politics. The found-family in this show tugged at my heart strings heavily. I love how fate ties into this plot too because they met before. The main couples ending was bittersweet, but extremely realistic. You will catch me paragliding someday. <3Was this review helpful to you?
highschool ain't like this
I desperately want a love like this that it is not funny anymore. I love these actors so much. The casting was so perfect. The music was also so bubbly and adorable to my ears. I have watched this twice already because of how happy they make me feel. It is also very realistic. I started crying because I could relate to how Rang Rang's younger brother felt. I will def rewatch with my friends next time because I am still enjoying my youth. I loved how camera clips were utilized because it added to the youth theme and aesthetic, which is perfect for this drama. The whole friend group filled me with so much joy at how much they cared for one another. I love when the main couple and side couple are top tier in their own ways. <3Was this review helpful to you?
where do I find love like this?
I love how Yifan’s trauma was portrayed and handled. I am glad she is in a better place now. I have cried in many of the episodes because it just hurt my heart to see her go through this. I have gone through some things too and I could understand all of her decisions. Sang Yan is also my ideal type because I want to be taken care of and loved unconditionally like that. I did find the stalking thing weird even though he did not have ill intentions. Humans are flawed and I like seeing that portrayed because no one is considered a perfect being. I just wish we got more of the second couple. But I will def be watching again when my mental health is better because I will just be crying throughout the show again. <3Was this review helpful to you?
