This was one of the worst episodes for me, and I really shouldn’t be feeling that way 75% into a series. Honestly…
I also found it weird Aek saying he’ll never be a chef. I thought he meant from his injury, but seriously that was the weirdest slip / fall I’ve ever seen lol.
At some point, we’re going to need one of these characters to spell out what this competition is. It’s important…
Agree. Also how can Aue still join the competition if it’s down to 3 people. Also no camera crews, so like you mentioned it’s not a massive, Important competition.
It was ok for a very short series. Kind of felt let down by last 2 episodes. Ending was as expected, however because it was so short, there was no time for a really big wow moment. Good looking leads but not too much substance.
Just curious how the third wheel guy thinks he can call dibs on someone without even taking into account their feelings. I don’t understand bro codes but seriously they all only just met. He can’t call dibs.
But I am loving this even if it’s too short. I just binged ep 1-6
Well I’m enjoying this series. To the people that are complaining about there being drama and conflict. That’s the whole point of a drama. Who would really be interested in a story where nothing happens. We all know the end will be happy so why is there so much hate for a TV series.
There have been far worse series out lately. All the good ones have been delayed massively by Covid and the rest are just rushing out any rubbish because there’s nothing much out at the moment.
The only thing I find odd about the preview for next week is why Leo didn’t push the girl away straight away. He barely could stand talking to her before let alone letting her close enough to kiss him. But we may get find out the reason next week.
Leon grew on me this week. It may because I’m an older viewer but previously I found him too immature. Much better this episode.
This has to be THE slowest show I’ve ever watched. I really wanted to like it. I like the actor Mark and the other lead seems good. But I don’t see any chemistry between anyone. I don’t even feel like the friends are natural. Everything is stilted and so slow. No flow in anything. I don’t know if I can stay with this one. Not the actors fault at all. This is all on the makers and direction they chose.
I agree with other peoples comments. Was really looking forward to this show and I’ll keep with it but Episode 2 just feels like advertisement after advertisement. They should try and spread them out and not be so obvious.
And the slow filler scenes are just too long. How long do we have to watch clouds merge into each other? I hope the pace picks up soon.
I don’t know the original work this is based on but I really expected her to go live in his world at the end. Especially as she hated Korea and wanted to go to Vanuatu. I expected them to live in the peaceful world of the gods.
And she certainly wasn’t a good psychiatrist or had any patients to speak of.
THERE IS NO TURNING POINTS and THRLLING ELEMENTS… IT IS AN ORDINARY STORY…..DIRECTOR SHOULD CLOSE WITH 10…
I feel like this with almost all dramas that are 16 episodes long. They start to drag around episode 10 and then are filled with so many flashbacks. Especially at an hour each episode. Ones with 20 episodes I seriously consider not watching.
First, exposing the dark underbelly of this industry is something that should be applauded. It takes guts to go…
Agree with everything you wrote. You just forgot to add about the driving scenes. Seriously if they can’t make it even look half realistic don’t have them. The first car ride especially, they were in the middle of lanes and probably got hit by other cars, buses and bikes a load of times.
Violent, sexy, heartbreaking , hopeful and oh so sweet all in 45 minutes? What's not to like? This was a good…
I subscribe to Viki and Netflix because I watch a lot of Asian / mainly Korean series. I paid for GagaOOLala just for this month to watch this movie but will binge as much as I can in the first month. I hate watching ads, but your right too many subscriptions get too costly.
I know i'm a few years behind, but i just have to say Cha Eun Sang's mother (Kim Mi Kyung) is probably my favourite character in this series. I love this actress in everything I've seen.
Loving this show. Currently my favourite to look forward to each week. Love Ja and First.
However, am I missing something? Why is everyone swooning over Leon? He seems like such a player which in my eyes isn’t an attractive trait. I’m assuming Pob will make him work for his affection and hopefully become monogamous with someone. But so far I don’t see the appeal in his character.
Finally a great ending to a BL. The start of the episode to the end was really great. No leaving us hanging till the end. Also looks like a season 2 would be a possibility too.
Important competition.

Gotta say wish I had a guy like Leo as a boyfriend.
