I loved season one (watched 3 times now) however I was getting annoyed towards the end at how selfish the main couple became. Going on a few days of dates while innocent people died around them seemed like really bad taste. I get it’s a romance but surely you couldn’t go out and enjoy time with each other knowing you are just making more people die.
Having watched the second season for the second time. I’ve decided I liked season 2 more. I usually love romance with my action but the comedy and relationships between everyone in season 2 was even more enjoyable.
After rewatching season 1 for the third time to finish season 2 for the second time I have decided I actually preferred season 2.
I enjoyed the comedy more and the relationships between everyone. I usually like romance with my action but it wasn’t needed in this one.
The only thing that kind of annoyed me was why in the final episodes suddenly their powers were much greater. Surely if they had those powers they would have easily beaten everyone in the first 3/4 of the season. But that’s just a minor annoyance.

I can’t remember the romance factor too much but Mystic Pop up Bar was a great series If you haven’t seen…
I’ve just started it for the 3rd time. I don’t often rewatch series. Just my super favourites. I wanted to rewatch season 2 of nine tailed so decided to rewatch 1 again. And series 3 will be coming.
Oddly enough what I love about kdramas is that they are like spread out movies. I was over American series that just kept on going. I’d rather see my favourite actors in many different series than the same for 6-7 series. Only a handful do I not mind series 2 being made.
But I will add Nine tailed isn’t light hearted like Head over Heels. It definitely has funny moments and more romance though.
When you’ve watched as many dramas as us it’s hard to find new ones lol.
I was enjoying it till about episode 6 or 7. Thankfully it wasn’t a 16 episode series so I kept going.
I don’t even know how to explain how the last 2-3 episodes were. They seemed so different to the rest of the series. And I’ll be honest it was only after reading the episode descriptions I even knew who was possessed by who and when during those last episodes.
Why did they keep the evil lady around and why did the flower shaman guy keep helping her? It was also like there were so many rules for why they couldn’t or could save someone and felt like in the last episode let’s just make something up to resolve it. Why make it seem impossible for it to be ridiculously simple.
I didn’t hate it, but it was a struggle to get through the last few episodes.
It wasn’t wasted time and it was just a good filler. Especially being only 10 episodes.
If it had of been 16 episodes I doubt I would’ve watched it all. Nice cast ensemble which made this light and enjoyable.
The ML’s character changed very quickly personality wise. That perhaps wasn’t believable. I guess the run time had something to do with that.
Just editing to add I now remember the first half of the series felt like everyone was loud. Whether it was crying, yelling and fighting. That did bug me at first. I either got used to it or they calmed it down. The first 1-4 at least felt like that.
I dont think the ML and FL themselves know either. It’s like they have a bond but not necessarily romantic but…
Agree. Can’t tell if it was there at all He often looked at her through his younger self when she was even younger than him ( 5 year age gap?) a definite bond though whatever it was.
It usually takes me a while to choose my next drama. I will read the synopsis and then who’s in it. Then I tend to look at the reviews and it can put me off. An hour later I sometimes still haven’t chosen what to watch (it gets so hard when you’ve watched so many)
Despite this being on a lower score I decided against reading reviews because I had a feeling I would like it.
I did enjoy it and glad I didn’t read reviews first. Was it perfect? No, but really nothing is. With such a large cast it did a good job of making everyone feel relevant to the story. I would have like some romance, I still don’t know if the ML & FL actually had feelings for each other. That was vague.
First 10 episodes I was hooked. But knowing it was 32 I knew it would be a struggle in the middle. I know this…
Was the very end meant to indicate college life was a third comic book? Or was it meant to be later of the comic Secret? They did the 1 year later for graduation but didn’t indicate a time frame after that.

I hope you enjoy it. Sometimes you have to be in the mood for certain dramas as you said.

How about a Tale of the Nine Tailed?

I’m assuming it’s a new book playing out.
