This is one of those easy going dramas when you need a break from thriller, crime and extremely emotional dramas. An easy light watch. I’ll admit seeing 20 episodes pit me off at first. Most of the time I think 16 episode dramas should only be about 12.
Was liking it more until the last episode. No way I believe a collage student who is in love for the first time and was clearly chosen by Seiji as his boyfriend would then decided to become a throuple. Ken and Japan had no feelings towards each other and it wasn’t like Japan was losing Seiji to Ken. By all means have a throuple. But only if it actually made sense and all people had feelings for each other. Yes Ken loved Seiji. That was obvious. But it wasn’t obviously reciprocated
I never understand why people watch such a complex show with layered characters, who are supposed to be problematic…
To be fair where does it say in the description this is a complex show with layered characters that are meant to be toxic?
I don’t read any adaptions so my comments are only ever purely based on series.
I’m not hating the series at all but it is hard to root for someone who so far has not shown any redeeming features.
I often hate it when people complain there is conflict on series, especially near the end because let’s be honest every show would be boring without drama. My comment is literally for this particular series. I enjoyed TharnType, KinnPorsche and others similar. I just hope Ming makes up for his actions somehow.
So i know nothing about the adaption and this is the only BL in a long time to keep me interested.
But seriously am I the only one who hasn’t forgotten Ming tied Joe up? I don’t care how much he “loved” him. It is obsession no matter how you look at it. How are we to believe Joe will actually forgive that.
Unless Sol does something bad I’d rather Joe and Sol together and I never go for the 2nd lead over the first.
On another note are there any good BL’s that have finished recently worth watching? The only one I’ve watched lately was 2 worlds. Thanks
I still can't warm up to the new cast and am still struggling with ep2.😫 I miss Krystal so much! Perhaps it'd…
I see Krystal is only in episode one? Can you please put in a spoiler what happens to her character. I have literally just finished season one and not sure whether to watch this? I will wait for the whole season to end first.

This is probably my favourite time travelling series I have ever watched. Usually there are too many implausible plot holes in this genre. That isn’t to say there aren’t any, however it would be impossible to not have any considering time travel is fantasy and not logical.
I liked how when she first went back in time she wasn’t some crazy stalker fan. It didn’t feel unnatural (despite her obviously being older inside) she genuinely fell in love with the past SunJae.
The acting from both leads was excellent. You can never go wrong with a series with Kim Won Hae in it. This guy hits series jackpots.
Not going to lie. I only watched for MaxNat and thankfully it was only 10 episodes. I enjoyed their scenes together…
Where to begin with the annoyances of this series.
So Kram was close to loving 4 people lol.
T1 & T2 struggled to get the healing fruit but thought only one would do. And also only dropping it around Krams mouth worked.
Kram left world 2 because it was the only way to make everyone happy.??? Errr what about T2 who he supposedly wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
MaxNat kisses were on fire but their sex scenes were so unrealistic. For starters they messed up showing Kram with pants on. Also do BL series not bother with lubrication?. Not to mention the height different of Max and Nat for the “behind” scenes.
Why do side couples always have to out perform the leads with the NC scenes. It happens in every series. Like they aren’t as famous so they are made to go further. That really annoys me for the actors sake. I did like the side couple. But their kisses were not natural but the sex scenes more realistic.
You can at least tell Max and Nat are comfortable with kissing each other I guess.
And don’t get me started on the jam as blood on the kitchen knife haha.

This didn’t really drag for me.
Glad it wasn’t just me lol

And the guy licking the sword.
So many ridiculous scenes that didn’t have to be.
