It goes on a bit and almost outstays its welcome but overall it's a light and pleasant watch. The straight guy is certainly eye candy and he's matched well with the shorter gay guy. They constantly bicker about nothing and everything while developing a close friendship that's unsure where the borders start or finish and eventually fall apart as they become inseparable.

This is insanely good! Indeed, I haven't seen such overt sexual provocativeness combined with stellar performances in a GMMTV series for a long time. Here, the four boys, all seasoned BL actors, are nailing their parts, resulting in fun and antics notched up to another level.

I was thinking exactly the same thing! He's friends with most of them and he's not even in any of the group scenes.

Forget the finale preview for the moment. As the show developed, my respect for Elyes increased exponentially because he is consistent in his love for Pat but still sees the good in others when it is deserved, such as Run, and more importantly, he is an excellent decision maker, cares for those people important to him, thinks ahead and sees the good in people while being merciless on those who deserve the worst that can befall them. Case in point: he beats Fei Long in a big business deal but helps him save Run. The man has ethics and knows his priorities. Not such a bad guy after all.

This delightful series is bubbling along nicely and the MLs are perfect in their respective roles. The setup for the storyline is totally believable. Put into such a situation, they're bonding remarkably well and as they take each step to make their relationship more realistic, I can see them falling for each other in due course and it will look natural and convincing. Bring it on!

Good grief! The comments are supposed to be about the show, not some silly twit who has provoked people. Why people waste their time like this I'll never understand. Lately, what is written here is becoming more and more irrelevant and when it is relevant to a show under discussion, the comments are far more negative than positive. There is so much nitpicking and dissing of production companies who are mostly trying to entertain us. The end results may be variable but that's the way the cookie crumbles. Live with it and appreciate that we have so much to choose from. This offering from GMMTV features four well-known actors who are at the top of their form in a pleasingly original storyline that I'm looking forward to seeing unfold. I think it's going to be terrific.

Well, the curse of Ep. 11 has reared its ugly head and things are at their bleakest for our boys and Rose as Boss and his minions appear to be holding all the cards and even Jack is about to be captured as well. How this can end well is anybody's guess but it will certainly take some sort of extraordinary miracle.

Their characters and circumstances are polar opposites yet the simmering attraction they have for each other is palpable, waiting to go to the next level, which I'm sure will be led by Haruki with Jin putting up little resistance and succumbing to his charms.

We aficionados of BL series have become attuned to accepting a multitude of transformations and otherworldly occurrences on screen such as body switching, time travel, gods and spirits interacting with humans, corporeal ghosts, cats becoming cute boys, a bear plushie transforming into a cute boy and here, a penguin and a panther who have miraculously become boys who meet and become friends in a boarding school, and for good measure, there's also a tree spirit who can see and talk to both boys but no humans can. Definitely original, I'll give it that. We've had the backstory of Junior, the former penguin, but not as yet Sun, the former panther and indeed, if not for the given storyline, we wouldn't even know of that. I really like the way they were initially drawn to each other and by the end of Ep. 2, how events quickly led to a sweet little kiss given by Junior to Sun. It was also so refreshing to hear Junior blurt out to the swimming coach why he was late entering the race (which he won, to the chagrin of Nam), blaming it on this odious boy, prompting all the boys to chant in a jeering fashion that belittled him. So far, I'm enjoying this a great deal. I hope my score of 8.5 brings up the rating a bit.

Phun has such a commanding presence that no girl would dare come between him and Noh as he won't allow it.

You're forgetting that in most series, Ep. 11 is the penultimate episode but this has 15 episodes so I doubt it will have the proverbial curse.

It could also be bad directing, in that the director allowed sub par kissing to be seen in the final cut instead of opting for something better.

You're being too generous calling this odd show a drama.

Production values are high in this entertaining series from the Philippines, the boys are cute and the script is above average. Three episodes in and I'm looking forward to the next one.
