Yes, I've watched both ISWAK and ItaKiss. Secondhand embarrassment is most terrible in ISWAK, but the romance is best there. I barely felt embarrassed for Kotoko of ItaKiss ~ Love in Tokyo. :)

There's a big possibility that the ending will be different from the manga. Of course, unless they stay faithful to the manga and decided to make something like what they did with Bokura ga Ita which got two movies, then more viewers will know how the story goes.

I still can't imagine how they'll end the live action knowing the things that are happening in the manga. I am also not familiar with the cast. I just hope that it won't be messed up.
