I’m trying desperately to finish the drama I’m watching before i start this one. It is so difficult, not because I’m not enjoying the other one but…the clips I’ve seen are driving me crazy.
Shen haoming feels so off now. I know there's a redemption and regret period, but does he deserve a second chance?…
Uuuugggg…I hate when they just try to validate bad behavior in dramas. Yes, everyone has reasons for what they do, but you still need to grow and change from it. Just being understandable doesn’t make toxic behavior less harmful. We deserve a repentance arc! Edit: that uuuugg wasn’t at you. It was frustration stemming from remembering all the dramas where a person or the story justifies their actions instead of having them apologize, learn, grow, repent, etc. I’ve seen drama where they slaughter families and the fl lead shrugs it off with a kiss or when the ml gives a “cute” half apology.
Suggesting according to your required "believable emotions" genre....One and OnlyTill the end of the moonAshes…
I’m really excited cause I haven’t watched most of those. Thank you so much for doing that for me. I get in a mood where I just need a drama like that. I appreciate this.
I’ve been trying to decide if they tried to justify the abusive father, any thoughts? Edit: I’m not always good at reading and understanding intentions and where people are coming from.
I love Bailu, and the luo yunxi is a good actor. I’ll put it on my mental list. I’m currently watching love between fairy and devil and the ml doesn’t make me hate him, is that the case with tteotm or should I be prepared to tear my hair out occasionally?
Interesting. I haven’t seen that one, though from scoops I saw it seemed to be a rough relationship. Is that the way this one is? do you suggest either drama?
I don’t normally watch…I don’t know what this is even called…high fairytale dramas. I’m enjoying this so far though. The fact that not every wicked scheme succeeds is refreshing. I was seriously starting to like the 2ml but after his “hurt you to protect you” in ep 8… I get it but he has lost something in my eyes. I prefer fiercely loyal people. I’m guessing I’ll really like the ml.
Can anyone help me find other dramas where when the leads hurt each other it isn’t glazed over, where it actually seems to have a realistic effects on the other. Emotional baggage, struggling to forgive, or even a sad ending. I’m not so picky about genre or country, I just liked that I believed the angst in this one. I crave believable emotions in a drama.
I loved how when he hurt, really hurt her, she didn’t trust him as easily. It wasn’t an automatic thing. Can anyone suggest other dramas where the trust issues aren’t just glazed over. That’s one thing i wish more dramas would do, add emotional baggage when people get hurt by the other lead.
Edit: sometimes you need to know things to make a show easier to watch. You have helped me.
Edit: driving me crazy in a good way.
