Here I can see refreshing casting in the drama. Like both of the leads. They both are bold and have their own pride. They both have regrets and acknowledge on their wrongs. Yet they can't help but still attracted to each other. They may still be some confusion and trusting issues but they are trying very hard to correct what happen in the past not to be repeated again and trying to maintain the stability in court. A great story!

True, it is not easy to portraits 2 lives. I am enjoying this drama and come back here to get some tit-bits of upcoming from novel readers and some views given from drama watcher.

Agreed to your view. I personally enjoying this drama. I have not read the novel but I think it has it's own way or some similarity of expressing both leads either in the drama or novel. I do respect novel reader and drama watcher's point of view. I think this drama is trying to bring the character to life so that novel reader and drama watcher are able to enjoy it better.
In drama, both lead and all other's cast are doing great and I found the story rather refreshing. I am looking forward to what is coming to show in the drama.

Zhao Jin Mai is slaying the role of Li Rong. She really did very well in this drama.
She makes ones believe that she really live through a lifetime before. Now at 18yrs old....she still show sign of an aged women. The way she speak, it's like she is out of breath ( exhausted ) from talking too much. She also does exercise like an aged women.🤣🤣
I like her acting in Amidst a Snowstorm of Love.

Sometimes, its a pity to the real Jiang Li. I think most of the important people around Jiang Li knows that she is XFF.
Yet still nobody care to asked where is the real Jiang Li or where she was buried.
Her life is really invisible and pity.

WJY' s acting is really great here especially on today's episode. It's actually better than Story of Yanxi Palace.

Oh...me and my silly curiosity. The ingnorant of me of not knowing this drama is an adaption from the book.
If I were to direct all my curiosity to whoever 'they' u are referring to. Then this forum is non of the used and 'they' will be very busy answering all the questions. But then again....it is silly of me.
