I think Yan Xi is well aware that the Emperor doesn't really believe or trust anyone. Though, today reveal that his stepmother killed his mother, and his father was behind it. The Emperor might have something to do with it too. I don’t think Yan Xi trust the Emperor fully but some how or rather, he does shows sign of thinking the Emperor is an up straight fellow.
It's quite confusing on his manner here. Maybe he was in the Northern for too long and does not know who to trust and who not to. He might still try to figure that out.

Shao Yao is so cute. She is so likeable. Previously, she was in MJTY and her character was dark that portraits an assassin/spy. It is so much different than before and it was very versatile of her.
She is so funny that before she finish talking her brother already gone and she said 'He is angry'.🤣🤣🤣

Finally, a drama does not rush on the ending and have a proper ending. It's been a long time since a drama that have a proper ending. Nowadays, all the drama used to have an open ending which I disliked the most. It's like they can't decide on the ending it's self.
This is really the best drama ever. The whole drama was nicely done. I like all the character except FuSheng!😅😅😅 Really going to miss ZLY and LGX.

This drama turn out to be good. Dunno much about the quality of it but it still good. So far ....the storyline is great.👍

Aiya.....the snakey is sooo...funny! She only interested in talking and looking at SL. At first SL worried that she might seduce him. 🤭🤭 But she only interested in her.
