The second season sucked balls. It was like watching paint dry. I wonder why they seem be so obsessed with giving this new seasons/spin offs to this when there are so many other dramas that ended with killer cliffhangers.
I am surprised that not more people are discussing LJH's acting in the emotional scenes towards the end. What a weak performace, it almost like they had a fight on set or something right before filming lol, or something else. LHS cried much more earlier in the series... 😅
I think this movie is being underrated in the reviews and coments in here. I really enjoyed it, it had a lot heart and heartwarming moments. Definitely recommended.
If they get the second half right without any writing errors or dragged out pacing, I can see this being one of the best thrillers in a long time and definitely one of the best dramas of the year. I love the red herrings, this is how you do it right.
I was negative earlier in the comments but this was a nice surprise! Easily the best k-original in a long time! I thought the pacing and build-up/directing was perfect for this type of drama... and that friendship! If you find something like this slow or boring man I would love to show some of you in here masterpiece movies from say the 70s, with 20 minute monologues 🤣 The quick fix-generation triggers me, but at the same time you can't blame them for it. Anyway thumbs up!
This is one of the better netflix originals, halfway through now and really digging it. Is there some netizen hate going on against anyone in the cast or what did I miss? This is much better than the other recent kflix originals Narco Saints and Model Family so far.
This one should be enjoyed at the theatres, or in your own home cinema. The intensity was no joke! I also really…
That the US and their ally - Japan - refuse them to land in their territories. They make it into an "us vs them" scenario, good vs evil. Japan even sends out fighters that shoot at the plane, which never would happen. An extremely stupid thing to put in the movie. Don't get me wrong I know their history but I just find it so unnecessary to do these political statements in their entertainment, time after time.

I would easily rate it 9/10 and one of the best disaster movies in years.
If I could complain about something its that they kind of make it political at places, which felt very unnecessary. I can write it in a spoiler. Except that I would almost even call it a masterpiece, at least for its genre!
I overall enjoyed it but like most Hong sisters dramas it suffers from way too much filler to make it that smooth watch. Sometimes it could take me 2 evenings to get through one episode. The writing/script didn't feel very polished either, like usually with these sisters... and of course poop jokes 😂 It seems like most people loved it like its the best series ever made in human history, so sorry for this... just my 2 cents.

This is what you get when you let a really talented and experienced writer do the job.
Congratulations to the team for the big success!
