I strongly agree with your comments about the main female lead in this drama. The male lead here, Han Shuo is…
Honestly, Sameee! (˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I love it when ML chases FL first because whenever it's the other way around, the FL is (sadly) always clingy, weak and embarrassing. So it's a lot more bearable and adorable when it's the ML who falls in love first instead of the FL.
The synopsis made me think Li Xuan would get mistreated in the academy because he's a 'lowlife' but after watching just a few episodes I realised that it's actually completely opposite lmao and ngl I'm loving it.
Hi guys, just like you all guys I am also obsessed with this drama. On some platforms I found some people criticising…
People are allowed to have opinions and as long as they're respectful in expressing them, who cares? Let's just enjoy the drama without worrying about other's criticism or rating ^^
It did flutter it's wings a bit in the close up (1st pic) but then just stayed there lifeless (2nd pic) that you can easily tell if you bother enough to repeat the intro tho so there's no way it was preserved but ok. Let's just agree to disagree with each other and move on, Since none of us are willing to change our opinions so there's no point in arguing anymore.
Because I thought they were?... Let's not forget that Moon young (when she was a kid) plucked out a real butterfly's wings in front of Gang Tae to scare him off so I doubt they started using props or CGI all of sudden for the butterfly intro.
I think it's really cute how the only people who can make Gang Tae actually laugh is Sang Tae and Moon Young. Finally seeing him smile in episode 8 made me so happy.
Omg the intro of episode 8 was even prettier than the previous ones, which I didn't even knew was possible because they were absolutely gorgeous already. Every single episode has such great cinematography, aesthetic and music that it feels like I'm watching a Disney live action movie instead of a Kdrama. Istg 'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' has to be the most screenshot worthy drama of all time!! But I still wish they'd stop killing/torturing actual butterflies :( more than half of Moon young's mansion is made of CGI, I just don't understand why they couldn't use it instead of real butterflies too. Edit: Here's the butterfly I'm talking about https://i.postimg.cc/Y0tTWYCY/IMG-20200713-031244.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/tCS8s1Qn/IMG-20200713-031155.jpg So now you all can chill with "LoL tHeY'rE fAkE"
Once upon a time, There lived a dog that was very good at hiding his emotions. The dog was tied beneath a shade tree. He always wagged his tail and acted cute. So he got the name, "The Cheerful Dog" because he was as cheerful as springtime. The dog always had lots of fun with the villager kids during the day. But every night, He'd moan and whine when no one was around. That's because he wanted to cut off the leash and freely run around out in the spring field. However, he couldn't. And that's why he cried every night. Every single night. One day, a voice inside him asked the Cheerful Dog. "Hey, why don't you just cut off the leash and run away?" And this is what the Cheerful Dog said.. "I've been tied up for way too long. So I forgot how to cut myself free."
Everyone seems to hate the fl but honestly, her actions did make sense. If you were in her situation, the least you'd want to do is fall in love with your own fictional character who you believe will turn evil sooner or later and then let him have a tragic ending when you unfortunately do fall for him. The fact that her script meant a lot to her but she was still willing to change it just for the ml to stay safe (fully knowing that he's a fictional character) proves how much she actually loves him. She was trapped in a world she didn't wanted to be in and had no idea on how to go back, Yet you all expect her to have a thousand kids with the ml as if everything around her isn't absolute hell lmao. Their misunderstandings and Noble idiocy might drag a lot (which did bother me too) but she isn't as annoying as everyone make her out to be IMO.
(Ps: I'm only on ep 17 so idk how she'll be like in the later episodes but she seems really likable so far) Edit: Just completed it today and I still stand by this comment.
I just knew this article was going to be great the moment I saw the title! Because different kinds of parents are often shown in dramas but they're rarely talked about. I loved your thoughts on what Parenthood is and why we were given a family (The line "God made this interesting by adding the concept of blood relations between them so humans don't think of it as a burden but their own blood or own creation bearing the scent of life forward." was so touching T^T) your point of view on parenthood was so interesting and insightful that there was not even a single line I wanted to skip from reading in this.
This whole movie was just one word: Dry. Their acting was dry. Their chemistry was dry. Their back hugs and kisses were dry. Every single thing was dry and boring, It could've a lot better if they had just chosen someone for the main cast who could at least act because the plot wasn't actually that bad, it's the main cast that ruined it. I couldn't feel, understand and relate to the main characters at all because of their bad acting, the second lead was the only one I ended up feeling emotions of because he was a pretty good actor. So don't waste your time on this even tho the main character kind of look like Kim Seokjin (Ik some of you might be thinking of watching it just because of that lmao), It's not worth your time and you'd end up disappointed just like everyone else who watched this movie. If you're looking for a good and realistic Japanese BL then I'd recommend "Life Senjou no Bokura" the leads can act and their chemistry is 100/100.
