If you don't want to watch about what happened with Japan's history with this, that is fine and you don't have to, but you're taking one thing i said i liked and making as if i agree with everything that happened. I like what she did and what she chose to do as a person with that statement, I never said I loved everything that happened with it- bc it at times it was hard to watch and what you said this movie is about, is not what was showed in the series and I absolutely understand what terrible things has happened in that industry. Perhaps you should have an little more information first
"to her it's an expression of feminity and identity" she chooses to challenges societal beauty standards that pressure women to remove body hair. i would know bc i grew up with my mom thinking it was disgusting and unattractive by men, I first started it bc i just didn't want to but every time I would hear her try to body and guilt shame me, I felt more empowered by the choice to continue not to, bc even if i did decide I wanted to it was bc of my choice and not societal pressure and expectations. feminism challenges the society pressures and traditions expected of them by a lot of men. Every women has the right to do with her body as she chooses and especially in her working field of preforming for the male gaze, the pressure society and men put on women to look a certain way is wrong, part of what feminism is. It's about choice and whether one chooses to shave or not is part of it and if her feminist choice is not shaving as a way of making a statement, to challenge the gender norms of appearance in society, then that's how she wants to expresses her sexuality and identity
Why does this have such a low rating? Such realistic relationship story telling and don't get me started on how absolutely natural their acting is! It's beautiful
Bc kisskh has 10 eps and i assume the last two are tht special eps
KBS2 Smoking Gun My family's story aired on July 22, episode 104."
