The problem is if it was ML doing and acting like the FL was it would have been absolutely terrible and her since…
Sorry but its a double standard. The male lead was also bad to her in his own way. She looked down on him because he was physically weak and naive in finances He looked down on her because she was illiterate. He also forced her into the marriage for his own gain not caring at all about her
i skimmed through some eps to see when FL could be free from ML. I thought it was ep8 but it's not. Ep11 FL is…
You can insult me as much as you want. It won't change a fact. You need to chill. You missed out on a very good story because of your prejudice. It's a shame. Also, I wasn't recommending it to you. I thought it was odd I got a reply from such an old thread. Methinks thou dost protest too much lol
Although I personally love drinking, I found it very irresponsible of the writers of Doctor Slump to include so…
Good point. Korea has an alcoholism problem. I read a news article where a man who had a liver transplant because of alcoholism started to campaign against drinking. I appreciate dramas that show alcoholism as a problem
lol..sorry but yet another Kdrama shit.FL in relationships with other men - checkML? - cold, yet another trope…
Korea has an alcoholism problem. It is usually glamorized in dramas so it is nice for once that it is shown as negative. Try Me Too Flower if you want a Korean drama that is different
I recently rewatched the US movie She's the One 1996 and it had a conversation that is also in this. It is pretty hilarious watching a man say he does not want to have sex with his wife since that will mean he is cheating on his mistress lol
I think one of his three ex wives wasnt shown. I wasnt really paying attention so I don't know if I missed. Please correct me if I am wrong. Predictable, promised to be groundbreaking but was lukewarm. The comedy wasn't used well. It cheapened the characters' struggles Cheers!
ive always liked this drama but i wish at some point someone had put the 2ML in his place...he definitely wouldn't…
I agree. Given that his worse act which I didn't know was just his imagination. I was so pissed. I figured it out after a rewatch or two so I wasn't so pissed anymore.
Drama fans can be so cruel. I now get why so many actresses use to retire on their 30s. It's like those who start a sentence with 'No offense '. They claim to have no issue with a noona romance but write an essay insulting the actress for being 'too old'.
The drama was nice but the supporting cast underutilized especially the male lead's best friend. She is the catalyst for everything at the start but gets pushed aside for random model recruits. Other romances are also too confusing.
The villain was not threatening at all. A company that can blacklist you from an entire industry but can't handle one washed up freelance paparazzi lol It made for a very flat conclusion.
I have also watched mhm Fated Boy by the same director...now itakes sense
I checked Garvey was in Begin Again The Male lead was in Put Your Head on My Shoulders. As a male fan, I dropped My Little Happiness, not a fan of klutz female leads I prefer dramas like Rattan and Wanna Be

I am not a fan of the modeling industry but I have to admire the execution. Him and his team did a pretty good job. The lead couple would be the second leads in other dramas. I am impressed so far. A familiar face from previous dramas is also a nice touch
An unbearable idiot, this is not kindness it's stupidity.
This is a classic and its probably lost on you. But I admit this adaptation was lacking. I recently rewatched the 2009 version which I loved. Also, I admit that watching the 1990s Jet Li movie as a kid played a role in my developing a soft spot for this story. It is a story that defined a genre, like Chinese equivalent to the Lord of the Rings
I watched one where the camera angles were unflatteringly to the actress playing a mom.
The male lead was also bad to her in his own way.

She could have just been average

Stop grasping at straws.
The story just has a non traditional female lead which is a breath of fresh air
I figured it out after a rewatch or two so I wasn't so pissed anymore.
The title is a scam lol
