They are wasting her potential to be even bigger. She is popular internationally but in China she isn’t that much and needs good company to help her rise. They should give her an opportunity not to act only in idol dramas but in many TV dramas where she can showcase her acting capabilities, gain praises, awards etc

It’s all the fault of Jaywalk, who knows what shady business is behind the scene. They have always used her to push 2nd leads, support cast. She needs to leave them soon so she can finally make her own choices.

They can still change it if they want . The same thing happened for Sword and Fairy 4 another drama that he is in. He was signed 2nd billing and when the drama started airing he was made 1st billing without the knowledge of Ju Jingyi and her team which has signed a 1st billing contract at the beginning of filming. It was blood bath on weibo both artists fans fighting.

The billing is never decided by story. It’s always about who is more popular and who is more senior in the industry. You should’t have a problem with her being 1st billing cause it’s her right to be.

It all depends how the scriptwriters and director were filling while deciding the ending. Cause they have been many dramas with happy endings in the novel and a tragic one in the drama or my favorite an open one. Let’s hope this time they stay true to the original

I don’t think anything can be done, probably the contact is already signed and Reba will film this no matter what happens. Hope the billing issue is not true cause the whole filming process will be fans of them fighting with each other and i doubt after the drama airs we will get any promotions cause of fan wars, many might even boycott watching it and the douban score will be so low. His team is pretty bad if it’s true and i hope after this drama Reba leaves Jaywalk, like they have been making bad after bad decisions for her, letting her scenes be cut and given to support cast so they can look better. Praying for the day she is free to choose her own scripts.
