Please consider that a term like that wasn't established at that time, and as a consept that doesn't exist they showing it slowly during the episodes . i think the way they deal with every case is healing by itself for example in ep 2 they help the granny emotionally when they help her to settle things with her son , in ep4 they help the noble lady who suffer from abuse to stand out.
I really appreciate that unlike most of the usual k-dramas, the main leads start their relationship with respect for each other, and didn't go with over used trop that they must be enemy of each other " some sort of stupid misunderstanding" or have difficulties in their relationship as state .
Its crazy the amount of social and psychological issues that this drama discuss but with intersting and enjoyable plot :- 1- in the first two episode it deal with ptsd , depression, suicidal thoughts, and women state in joseon era . 2- in the third ep , the drama deal with the longing to the family. 3- ep 4 , it deal with controled obsessive partner, . 4 - its seem that ep 5 will take about child abuse.
