I still cant believe its airing tomorrow. Now the only thing im worried is about whether to watch this ongoing…
I think I'll watch this the same way I watch Coroner's Diary which is by arc/cases... In LOTFG, there are training arc, competition arc, mission arcs, battles... So I'll watch based on those...
But if you're active on social media especially TikTok... Then, it's better to watch it while ongoing so you don't get spoil~ Hehe...
I'm here to remind everyone... Especially those who never watch historical-war dramas... The focus of the drama isn't only He Yan's revenge but also the wars that will happen... Both minor and major wars... So, there are indeed some characters that will die at the end... Please prepare your heart and tissue....
I hope the makeup doesnt make her look to feminine, but realistic enough to be "disguised as a male".Like…
Oh gosh, I remember this... I genuinely thought that the subtitles are wrong because they use he/him instead of she/her... Later I realise, they indeed changed her makeup, hairdo and clothing style a bit... So, when I saw the same style, I was like, "Ok, she's pretending right now."... Lol...

Most of the fight scenes in the trailer is He Yan as a man. You can judge her makeup from that... Hehe... I don't think production will try hard to make her look like a man since he's indeed been describe as a dainty and small figure man. There's even a scene where a woman know he's a woman just by looking at him. Since this is a costume drama, the difference will probably be the hairdo, accessories, mannerism and clothing.
One of the moments I can't wait for is when they show how He Yan's figure is so different from all the men in the military camp...Lol...
Everyone was like, "Are you sure, you look so... small.", "You eat like us, but why're you still so... small?" They actually wanna say short but don't want to hurt He Yan's pride... Hahaha...
And there's Xiao Jue, "You're too short." I swear their banter is on another level...
Finish watching the drama! Time to read the novel next! The arcs and the cases~ The episodes without an arc are like a little break from all those intense episodes...
1. Episode 1 - 5 [The Headless Bride Arc ] 2. Episode 6 - 11 [Purple Bamboo Grove Arc] 3. Episode 12 - 15 [Sanyuan Village Herbal Garden Arc] 4. Episode 16 - Romance focus & Heir of Prince Yi, Yan Li 5. Episode 17 - 19 [Shuangqing Troupe Arc] 6. Episode 20 - 21 [Capital Serial Murder Arc] 7. Episode 21 - 22 - Empress Dowager 8. Episode 22 - 24 [Beidai & Xihan Arc] 9. Episode 25 -29 [Heaven Way Society Arc] 10. Episode 29 - 38 [The Palace and Royal Family Arc]
Lol, I want to check if the drama has a new update or perhaps an official airing date... And get to know that today is the day... Such luck... Can't wait to watch!

The Land of Warriors - Start with T2 until T3. T1 will be shown as flashbacks - Fully adapted from the original work's storyline
Douluo Continent - Only cover T1 - Ended with a cliffhanger - Different storyline from the original work - Some characters have been changed (Ex: Hu Liena and Qian Renxue) - Same power system but some Tang San's skills also has been removed/changed
TLOW vs DC - Different T1 storyline which is the foundation of the story - No need to watch DC to understand TLOW - No need to watch TLOW to get the answer regarding DC's plothole/ending - Both dramas aren't dependent on each other
Or they totally disregarded the first season nd rebooted it?
