You r right.....Dangai bromance is what majority audience crave for let alone Cnetz........but mysterious Lotus casebook, wasn't based on danmei...still it garnered massive popularity and a lot of cp fans ..fans started shipping them on large scale including fanon art on Tumblr, insta, bilibili, weibo & douyin......that was indeed a rare bromance coming from a non-danmei source novel.....and c-fans supported it a lot alongwith international fans.....
I just started this drama and am on ep 2..... previously I have watched some school dramas of China and I am amazed by the fact that teachers in Chinese dramas based on school setting are so friendly & downright humble being like I cannot believe that's really how Chinese schools are in real life ....It's strange to me that Chinese students can ignore their teacher and openly crack jokes on them in front of the principal.....like in my nation, no school/college student whether hailing from a poor or rich family would dare to do that..... Like here teachers are even requesting students to enroll in their courses, going to their homes like marketting agents to convince them ....it looks impossible to imagine this kind of situation happening in real life even if it's china where every impossible is possible ...🤣 Anyways, I am enjoying the drama😄
Ou Xiao'an is a such a wonderful & potential being, I fell in love with his character......This drama was 👍 great, although the end didn't show the victory of communists but it certainly gave us viewers the victory of humanity......HUMANITY IS SUPREME and prevails over DESPOTISM
It became altogether a different story in the extra episodes.....😂 Gist of the Xtra Eps: So it seems like they are a musical group of 4 boys and they worked together in an acting project to promote their group and Hua'er jie looks like their contract dealer/manager....... Chen luyang & Ma yiming are also a ship in the xtras.....besides Lan Jinhui & Ling Dong This is what I can infer based on my little bit of knowledge on Chinese language .....correct me if I am wrong 😅
I have finished till ep 24, there isn't any sort of romance between the main characters but a little bit of romance…
