I'm sad that I dropped a kim hee sun drama, the actors all did so well but the plot was as bad as tkem.. it's sbs and their writers' fault.. (tkem was worse but atleast they admitted it was a silly cliche romance fantasy, this had potential to be the greatest sci fi since circle)
I've lost interest after that old lady mom coming back, the drama lost it's footing when they chose to make it full of romance cliches (between mom and son) instead of trying to write a decent time traveling drama, or even a revenge drama, and by ep11 I didn't even care anymore, but to hear that the writers made the fl feel "disappointed" that she really looks like the ml's mom? the heck?!
It's Kim Tae Hee. She signs on for dramas and can't follow through in the romance department and then makes comments…
what does the plot being horrible have anything to do with the actress not wanting to do a kiss scene? there's no romance or kiss scene for it to be "ruined" becasue of kim hee sun's "choices"... they shouldn't have made them mom and son then add uncomfortable romantic misunderstandings..

the mother in law only needed 1 DNA test to prove the relationship between the fl and her daughter, so like it didn't need 7eps for her to find out but atleast it's better than alice and the detective not having a DNA test on his mom's look alike ;/

wait and see applies to both parties, I just started the other Oct 7th premier and I rated it 8.5 for the overall vibes I felt, it could go higher or lower I'll be the only one who sees the difference as the drama goes by ;p
stop telling others they can't rate after the 1st ep and just don't "look" at a 1st ep rating, tbh I am really dreading this but I'll watch it for my favorite actor.. and when I do I probably won't drop or rate it low, but if this didn't have him then 1st I'd put it in my not interested, and 2nd I'd drop it and give it a 1 (if it was that bad, I don't know yet)

I'd say I'm pleasantly surprised, Seo Hyun is better than I expected though tbh it seems I mistook her with that voice side character xD
they basically focused on the fl's story and they introduced everyone beside the ml, and I don't like that move but I guess she'll use him as her new ally for her revenge plan. I kinda like it but their cons were too many that it got boring to focus on them

I HATE the childhood connection. it's like every drama starts with a misunderstanding between the mains that makes them hate each other then cue the connection and they start to act like they were always friends so they never go through the natural "get to know each other" process
Agree. The thing I dislike is how they set things up to create the conflicts... it is just like in the dramas…
I find it funny how both are going through the same exact thing, like at one point one can say it's poetic that they are finding someone like them they can connect with, but it's just repeating the same plot like double birth secret or 2 murderers that have the same mo

the side characters and their conflicts = 1/100000
that's why I love and hate the writer, the mains dialogues are always so mature and realistic but the conflicts are sooooo cliche
