I did find the movie slow and everything was revealed at the end without actually spelling it all out because no matter what, you’ll never know the whole truth

Only the first 8eps and mls cuteness were good, and atleast they let them get to know one another slowly, I appreciate watching it for that


the gangster angst, cheap past connection, creepy clingy 2ml, the second half becoming a draggy distraction from the two leads who barely had much scenes, it’s literally 10/10 to 1/10 so it’ll be a 5/10

Yeah, i remember seeing his blackmailer going for questioning with her kid, to gain sympathy.... but idk if they were held accountable..

And that's why everyone was responsible for this tragedy.. but so many have been lost to suicide and online bullying, yet nothing changes

It was more than that, he was setup and blackmailed, while the cops were incredibly unprofessional and held him for questioning for long hours

Even when he tested negative and did say someone gave him those drugs cuz he wanted help with his insomnia, but that person gave him “illegal” drugs and used it to blackmail him..
Knetz won’t learn or stop torturing celebrities for every single “mistake”.. they should just deal with these things privately and do something about their online bullies cuz it’s a huge problem…

Literally what happened to this? I remember seeing them filming, now it’s like forgotten….

Great cast, interesting timeline, intense battle scenes and good dynamics but it lacked a bit more character presence

we need more "ahjumma" centered dramas, like dear my friends
the good
ml's cute smiles, Lee Jung Eun's energy, the alive parents, my eunji, and that tiny effort to do something with the murder mystery

the bad
draggy, boring revelation, crazy boring killer, eventho it was "fantasy" it was just practically just an office drama

They literally said his age in the movie and he in no way looks the same age as that kid 🤣
he’s 11 years older actor wise
But if he can act a bit younger, she can too, jingoo is only 3 years younger than that actress

So yeah if she was “sus” for interacting with the kid, so was he🫡

and thus, she didn't give out the chocolate to make him sit with her, she wasn’t “using a predator’s move”, he was

She saw jingoo, an adult, approach the kid, the kid was uncomfortable, she kindly offering an excuse for him to step away if he wanted to, then she stepped away from him but was forced to sit together cuz that was the only solo empty seat

He wasn’t another teen, he was 22, and she’s in her 20s too
So it’s weirdly hypocritical

Why twist her intentions but excuse his?
She didn’t lore him with the chocolate, drug him or touch him… she asked “would you like chocolate and not sit next to that guy” and he took it because that guy made him uncomfortable, he didn’t wanna be friends just cuz he was another guy, he didn’t care for the girl either…

And their seating arrangement was a coincidence

Tho I was confused on what was based on reality so she was glad to know yongdae wasn’t real😭

He didn’t act nice at all, he was pushy and weird
So, yongdae sat close to a strange kid, while that girl just asked him if he’d like to step away cuz he looked uncomfortable

But one can’t assume someone is a bad guy for being pushy..
but it’s ok to assume a woman is weird for looking after a kid cuz she’s not his mom?
She didn’t even talk to him more

She sat with him on the plane cuz unlike the rest she also came alone and that was the only seat left
Talk about outrageous…

When she first saw him, she saw the weird yongdae lurking around the kid so she tried to help
Yongdae was jealous of the kid’s normalcy and he did harbor ill intentions 🫡

Later I mean we had a kid with a bomb in his hand, so yeah he needed all the care in the world

The thing about this is that it’s based on a real story
So the backgrounds of each characters, the pain, the fear, the choices and regret, it was all so raw and heartbreaking

Yongdae wasn’t just a hijacker, he was tortured as a kid by psychos who labeled anyone as a communist
Taein lived through the first hijacking with his choice of letting them pass the boarder, was that the right choice? Or would he choose differently

Everything was just so heartbreaking and the acting honestly they couldn’t have picked better actors, my jingoo, my heart ached for him and being his fan, I could sympathize with that backstory, but his actions of course didn’t make it easier so that’s the whole emotional turmoil, everything was so intense I couldn't stop crying

their enlistment age is from 19-29 and most non celebs choose to go right after graduating highschool

Tho their irl age gap is 9 years🤣

From the start it was obv the writing wasn’t their strong suit
They did a tiny “plot twist” but no plot twist can escape casting a well known supporting actor🤣
Their domino effect tho is a bit too hilarious like “whoops, I had to kill x, y, z cuz they saw me then i killed a and b cuz I wanted to see if the police is close to finding out about x,y, and z. Now I gotta kill two more cuz one saw me kill a and b, and another is related to them who was also related to y and z’s son is also still after me”🫡

I mean I’d rather think she’s hiding an old lady and helping her than think they’re one person🤣
2ml happened to see her “transformation” in a small dose that he thought about tailing her for confirmation

Especially after “rejecting” her so plainly🤣
