like, when he was shocked to see what happened while he was obsessed with his revenge was beautiful, or when he went to find sunho (in that scene they looked like start crossed lovers xD), BUT like, now he wants to pretend that has nothing to do with him, and he just wants to live happily? and how is what Bang Won did "right"? so many people, innocents, are dying because of the king and he's son, I prefer to side with sunho in his stance of standing with no one? I think that's his mission now? I don't get politics xD

Sun Ho and Hee Jae's right hand men deserve recognition~ these types of characters in historicals are really so fascinating, their loyalty is admirable ;) Hwang Sung Rok and Gyeol❤

the scenes between Nam Sun Ho and Lee Bang Won was beautiful, they are such charismatic actors, I hope they act together again..

As a germaphobic I'm surprised with heechul.. to me ordering food seems worse than cooking at home, like he could just use air fresheners...
especially seeing how he reacted with the gloves and face mask when his hyung cooked.. like he doesn't know if any restaurant actually keeps that hygiene thing up.. atleast with home cooking you can see what goes in :)

what Dong Joo said this ep brought back her "great fl" title.. "I shouldn't have wasted my life on a beast like you. you're not even worth killing. I can't believe I hurt him for a man like you"...

that was actually well played, I forgive them for last week, though I just really need everything so I can finish this in peace... maybe I should keep tomorrow's ep for next week...

and as Jang Dong Yoon said in the bts, we need more lovey dovy moments, not this much heartache..

this drama is unexpectedly heartwarming, I cried so much this ep ;(
also, that was one of the best ppl I've ever seen xD

so what, netflix contacted jtbc and was like "we are worried you might kill our favorite oppa WDH, so we'll only get 12eps and wait to see how it's over before getting the rest?"
seriously who buys 75% of the drama when the whole thing is complete and ready? if they are acting this way, they should just leave kdramas to other subbers that'll release everything ;/

like, if they release every ep for most of their shows in the same day, they shouldn't not release everything after they started it...

I mean, I've said this before, but I'm highly traumatized by the "suddenly turns into a cold blooded murder just for a twist" thing alot of movies do.. so when dried squid and miny baek told kyungie that characters lose their memories when they die in the shadow, I was just thinking "don't kill danoh or haru and make me hate you".. or don't kill yourself because it's the easier option...
but anyway, the moment he started crying because the idea of killing her came to his mind was powerful that I started crying with him... I mean it could be my interpenetration of the scene, but like in a world like theirs, the idea of killing in the shadow with a promise of them coming back seems easy, but like they are still people, and it's not a historical, so of course that idea scared him.. I mean if it was not a webtoon world, or like if he went by one person's statement and he easily killed her based on that, that'd have been disgusting and evil.... but like here it was kinda sad..
and THEN! the moment they showed a flashback while he was "trying" to kill danoh, I knew the last ep was the writer trying to throw us off, and I knew it was the moment of heartache baekkyung would feel when he knew about his past.. I was waiting for that, I was highly anticipating it too, and Lee Jae Wook did it perfectly! his last statement of "my character is still the same as the last story" was heartbreaking..

Lee Jae Wook killed it this ep! I started paying attention/enjoying this after reading skip beat, but like I LOVE that intense moment of conflicted emotions actors can portray.. that was breathtakingly beautiful, and exactly what I was waiting for..

the "good" thing about baekkyung is that he's not the typical incredibly good but always one step behind sls (like Do Hwa, who's a lucky one) or the obsessive 2nd lead with inferiority complex that lurks around the fl and pretend to be nice (like 3rd charm guy).. but like baekkyung is a crazy, sadistic person, and I love that depth ;)

my biggest fear was baekkyung seeing his past self... he must be devastated... but why do I feel like haru was the one who stabbed/killed danoh?! maybe that's what dried squid meant, if haru keeps trying to change the future, he'll end up being the one who kills danoh?
speaking of dried squid.. I did not miss the "atleast the writer didn't make her aware"! so it's true that the writer is making them that way?! now that's pure evil...

tbh, I watched this 10 months ago, so I don't really remember anything... and I think when I watched it, it had bad subs too, but still understandable ;)

I keep describing this drama as a cliche that works/has it's own flavor, it's like so many dramas use these tropes that we immediately feel annoyed when we see them. but if any drama gets a free pass for using it well, it'd be dramas like this ;)

Eh I can't take another high level angst that comes by eps 13-15 before the final resolution..
The problem is that both TTON and EY are going in the same pace so that's 4 eps of prefinal heartache in a row..
