It’s becoming like devils plan, eliminating one won’t effect the prize cuz it is a prize that’ll increase when people lose their games that are made to eliminate the most people, especially since only one can win

But eliminating people that look like they can win, that’s just cheap, if any drama did that the main leads would always leave first🤣

Honestly the 8eps I’ve seen so far are one of the best I’ve seen this year😮‍💨
Great pace, twists, emotions and acting all around🩷🍉✨

The thing about nam johyuk is that he’s believable as someone who can do a cruel thing, but people would still sympathize with him

Like, he’s not just handsome, he’s kind, with a respectful job and his first impression is obviously the “perfect citizen”
Not just “he was handsome and quite, I can’t believe he’s a murderer” and not extremely dark/emotionless that’d make people detached
He’s just a puppy seeking justice 🫡

Nam johyuk’s every smile and stares are just so piercing
And ahjussi oppa’s floppy flip ouches are just😌

Jiyong and ahjussi oppa are just so 🔥
I don’t want to be shallow but I mean there’s no harm appreciating their embodiment of their characters 🤭

I miss comedies like this

It’s obviously not, they added too much subplots and that’s why it’s a mess

The og was simple and that’s why it’s a fan favorite comfort drama

The only thing I like about this is that the cgi improved and they keep letting the ladies carry the men

Literally that’s it, not because I’m a fan of the og, but this literally had no plot or development, just one big circle inside a circle around a circle

Honestly the og also didn’t have much plot, a strong girl and a serial killer, but the slow building romance was everything
Here everything was a side plot, and they had tens of side plots, they liked each other right away so no need for buildup, family instantly acted like the didn’t lose years together, and it’s just a goose chase after drug trafficking which is not as exciting as they thought it is🫡

Figuring out this is a time traveling drama was a huge plot twist🤣🤯
More so understanding who’s who in the characters

I thought they were all in one time and just needed a push to connect, ie 2ml asking to become a band with ml
And I just thought all 4 were just in different friend groups and classes, it’s normal you don’t know everyone but so many unexpected things happened and honestly after ten years of dramas this is a welcomed shocker🤣🤣🤣

I just started this, after a couple of glimpses at insta vids and someone saying this is like my dream drama article, I wanted to try it eventho I’m in a slump

But I’m on ep2 and pleasantly surprised, I think it’s even better cuz I didn’t read the synopsis, I haven’t seen any trailers so I’m going in with a fresh blank mind and I’m pleasantly surprised 😂

Whenever producers see something becoming popular they think they have to keep the cliches to please the audience
I call it the penthouse effect tho it existed before🤣🥹

The delusional king trope happens so often in historicals, I hoped his son’s death woke him up but it’s so annoying his side lady plays him so much and he didn’t listen to his own son?😮‍💨

I actually hate the fact it lasted so little, it’s like each plot is episodic, and they keep changing their conflicts and not building up the real story

Sometimes I think writers see an actor doing a character and think “ah that’s a good way for conflict” and a better way to not waste time building up a character 🤣

Like I disliked ahn eun jin in hospital playlist and she seemed basic in strangers from hell, but in my dearest eventho she started off the same she grew up so well, which makes me think, actors can do better if the writers let them
They kept telling her “be cute, innocent” but she had the power to be one of the best kdrama female leads

I mean about the amnesia, yeah it was cute to have her make him refall for her but you know what’s better? If they actually spent time together and caught up on how much they’ve grown, getting together isn’t the end of a relationship that they need to reset it🙂

I love the character growth but plotwise it’s going in circles inside circles around circles😮‍💨
