I can tell you it is not the intense, sexual, and passionate chemistry that you will typically see in drama. Here it is much more subtle and organic. Perhaps it is too organic that others feel like they don't see any chemistry. I also think people associate chemistry to passionate kisses, which you won't see that here.

LYX and ZRN have really good chemistry and quite compatible.

Yeeess! 100% enjoying it! It is not a perfect drama but no drama is perfect. IMO it is very relatable. Props to you for waiting. I can never wait for all episode to be release for ongoing drama.

Gu Yunzheng mom being dead was something I did not see coming. I just figured the parents are divorced.

Also, when Su Wei'an mom made the comment about what if Gu Yunzheng is a psychopath.... umm, he sure is a handsome psychopath so it's okay if he is 😄🤭🤭 lol. Wei'an reaction was such a natural response.

Too much satisfaction on today episodes. Wen Ran finally got what she deserved along with Dr. He. But that Mr. Yang, he is something else. I really hope Prof. Wen stick to his ethics and integrity and doesn't commit any violation. I understand, a project is your baby but putting lives at risk shouldn't be what a doctor and researcher do.

It's kind of crazy that almost all of his drama have a foreshadowing that relate to his next character.

Maybe because LIP is ending for VIP this weekend that it feels like the episodes are getting shorter. I still want more of them.

I was hoping for better for DYC but at this rate I don't think I'll like him anymore. Wen Ran, her voice just irk me. She's so envious of Su Wei'an that she doesn't realize she's the actual problem.

I think in the next episode we will finally get to know about the whole Gu and Du thing. In the novel, Su Wei'an learned about it during a confrontation between the brothers. Also, we still need to learn what happened to the Dr. Gu mom.

I see your point but the shoes he wear seem to be part of his style. Even outside of dramas he often pair his clothing with similar style of shoes we would see in his drama. Almost all shoes have some kind of platform and so there's no escaping that.

Also, I think it also the standard that entertainment has put on actor to appear taller than their costar. For some reason people find heights differences so appealing.

I mean don't every shoes have some kind of height advancement? All guys dress shoe have some kind of heel, even combat boot have them.

In today episode, Su Wei'an call Dr. Gu a cunning fox. Can't help but think that LYX next costume drama he's gonna be Fox Tang, a sly character.

I love that we got to see Dr. Gu being scared that he'll lose Su Wei'an one day. The way we can finally see his emotions and feelings. The fear that she'll leave him not on her own term again but due to HD. Dr. Gu, I hope you'll find the miracle too 😭I didn't expect to cry today. But in that particular part I did.

I understand why she doesn't tell anyone about her disease though. Like how do you even begin that conversation with your loves one. Wei'an may have accepted that she inherited HD but she is desperately wanting to live as well. At the same time, she just want to experience happiness to the fullest.

Wei'an telling Eliot, was the first sign of saying how much she want to live. She needed to go to Paris for that very reason, to be part of the drug trial. I mean look at how disappointed Eliot is when he realized he gave Wei'an false hope.

Dr. Gu changed his surname to his mom.

😭 they're always cutting out scenes that we want to see. Now I will question every pre-scene they released because it might be a deleted one.
