I have to agree with you. Kind of tiresome with family dispute, a very typical c-drama, within the family - women are all evils. Haiyo, can they move on with old same theme already? Leo Wu appeared with such a 'bang!'....but then followed with pettiness of domestic issues. I am going to keep watching it though because it's Zhao LuSi, if I can watch 'Please feel at ease, Mr Ling' I can surely watch this one. Hope next episodes will pick up...

I won't lie I skipped alot of family scenes in the first 3 eps but I have to say this might become one of my favorite…
Greed, jealousy, anger, crying and wailing within family - domestic dispute isn't my thing, I drop many dramas which has the same theme. The writer is the same writer of Ming Lan, if you watch it, we had to endure 78 episodes of women within the family tried to kill/hurt/ abuse each other. I am hanging on the hope that next episodes will pick up. Well, Zhao LuSi isn't far apart from Yang Yang, isn't it? Since her cousin is being called 'Yang Yang.'

I feel the same way. I am not a big fan of dispute between family, hundreds of C-drama like that so kind of tired same old same theme. But Zhao LuSi is my favorite, I always watch her dramas, and this one I hope will pick up the next episodes. I have yet find anything funny that they want us to believe. Not yet...
