Yang Yang is so wooden

I felt the same way as you. It has preachy vibes on it. She's so perfect; kind, generous, smart, forgive, so pretty. Like she doesn't have flaws only perfection in her character. I don't hate it but slow me down. I like the 1st season where her life struggle was more relatable.

Review is a review, the heavy make-up doesn't look good on them. Don't forget I also give them a compliment for 'being professional'. As pointless as it is, I think it's worth mentioning.

If I remember it correctly, he only has 1 concubine which was his favorite maid at Grandma's house and they have a daughter together. He likes women and sleep with them but I don't think they became concubines. His relationship with Hai Tang is hanging (which I am very disappointed), a child from North Qi Kingdom isn't detailed, he doesn't marry anyone else but Wan'Er. He was that handsome so women went ga ga over him.

Although she doesn't want to be killed by Nan Heng according to their original script, I too felt this girl is manipulative, keep pursuing Li to aggresively push him to kill Nan Heng. If Iam Nan Heng I won't fancy her.

Not trying to refute your opinion. I think since she's from modern world, her behavior strangely different from period-time. Her etiquette might be too free, inappropriate, or unfortunate for her character but I can understand it. Being stuck in 'world of script' & guessing what should she do next? She sometimes belligerent, over-enthusiastic to overcome challenges, I think her acting is appropriate.
