The only review that is not a 10. ๐. I have to agree though. Everything is sooooooo pretty (ok, the three girlsโ…
LOL...thanks? Am I the only one who gave less than 10? I am glad you're open minded. I love strong independent women as characters but basically these 3 women has no impact, as you said it isn't a memorable drama that would become a classic. I would rather move on with something better than wasting my time to something so meh.
Why would I be offended? People has their interest and likes, so when they don't like WRtW I don't judge. This drama, seriously though, has nothing to offer besides Gu QianFeng. Pan'Er got tortured and brought to jail because the other guy want to get to QianFeng - without him - she'd probably still handling jealous competitors or rude costumers. Their affair was better to keep it secret to get the story more interesting...so all in all...these beautiful and smart ladies didn't hold any interest without the appearance of males (good or bad). Setting is beautiful though...but I still love WRtH because chemistry between Yang Yang and Zhao LuSi was undeniable.
Investing our time to bad dramas is such a waste while we have many others to choose from. We are on the same mind here......good entertainment is hard to come by.
I dropped countless drama, no regret no shame, if the first 5 episode does not impress me I check out. There are many option in just a click away, why would we invest our time for many episodes to something that we don't value? Although I am a big fan of so and so, I am not sticking out of loyalty to these actors.
I am going to miss Bai Feng Hei Xi. I am going to miss the feeling of anticipation and excitement for new episodes....now it's over and done for. I am going to miss seeing gorgeous Yang Yang and beautiful Zhao LuSi....they nailed it!!
The wedding was so beautiful, everybody were smiling happily for the couple, indeed an union made in heaven. They both were stunningly beautiful with so much love and happiness.
Throughout all the episodes and we were waiting for the big reveal of her identity and they skipped it just like…
I love the reveal moment when showing LanXi's royal robe in the balcony facing BFX speaking to a man. It wasn't a big reveal but it's understandable what kind of relationship there're in, he didn't force it, he didn't ask for it, he waited for her to confess it herself and gave support and understanding. I think that's mighty mature for him..
The revelation that BFX is FXY is so... bland. Definitely could've been expanded a bit more... why did they have…
I think it's a good revelation when the cameraman showing HFX royal robe on the balcony facing BFX receiving and talking to her people. Yes, It's not a big reveal but showing how their relationship was about, he didn't ask - he waited for BFX to confess it herself. He understood and supported her decision to what her next move was. Same thing when BFX found out who HFX was, it was just simple explanation.
